Very Good CRM for Lead Management & Pipeline Management

It is really good and highly recomment it.

We can easily manage the end to end customer journey using this software. this has got both presales and postsales modules.

My overall experience with solid performers in CRM is good.

PROS

Easy-to-use and industry-based-ready templates.

CONS

The default "amount in words" is in the Indian standard in all the layouts of the proposal, pro forma invoice, invoice, and purchase order.

A medium ranged CRM

PROS

The follow-up option and remainder feature.

CONS

Sometimes the data entered in the CRM can't be accessed due to some issues from your part. I make the employee to work at the office for longer periods.

Lead module. Where we use all the third party integrations for contact leads like telephonic, whats app, sms, emails this will help us to nurture the leads. CRM also serve the same and have option of third party integration.

Nice CRM usability.

Overall experience was good. but the things are really complicated to use in initial state. you guys should have to give one person to setup this panel and give us an access to do all the management things for us.

PROS

Performance is really good and with the industry.

CONS

The process of the console is like complicated. it's really hard to manage stuffs here. But the thing is if someone is working with two three different industries then i can not use this it really costly to use as per users and all.

Lead / Prospect tracking system, details overview, no auto save , slow functionality, etc.
