I found the software easy to use and it was fast. It downloaded the data of a large account of more than 30,000 tweets in a few minutes and then provided detailed analysis and even some optimization tips.

Definitely customer support. They are very responsive, explained us everything, solved problems, advised and asked if everything was okay, if we needed anything, if we would like dedicated training - such customer support is a treasure. Even if we had a problem, it was resolved quickly.
