My overall experience has been very good. I was looking for an easy to implement giveaway solution that had the advanced features in case I needed them. They also continue to be very eager and respond to feedback which is a plus.

It's very easy to use and the system allows you to quickly duplicate previous campaigns when creating a new giveaway. The best feature(s) are the very customizable entry options that allow you to validate entries. For example you can create a custom question and answer response to enable the entrant to prove they completed all required actions.

There isn't really any cons. When copying a campaign I think the image creatives are not copied as well. ( This may be by design ) This is a relatively new product and I think they'll continue to improve the application as they have already demonstrated.

I think that it is a great software that takes the hassle out of running a giveaway and makes it easier for me to do them.

I used this software to run a couple of giveaways and I like its ease of use. I enjoy the fact that it can set up entries for different social networks very easily and keep track of it all.

We were very happy with SweepWidget. We previously used an email-only entry form for giveaways, but wanted a tool that would help boost our social media followers by allowing entries via social shares. SweepWidget provides a wide range of integrations with every imaginable social media platform and entry method. We were impressed with how easy it was to setup and embed on our site and saw a significant boost in our social followers after using it for a giveaway.

Some entry methods are done on an honor system, where users only need to claim then performed the required task (usually a social share) to gain an entry. It would be nice if there was a way to verify these entries, but I understand that may be a limitation of technology with social platform integrations.

It's hard to come up with something that I like least. There have been things that needed tweaked, though with a quick email to customer service, it is usually addressed within hours.

Haven't had something that we haven't loved. We weren't able to upload videos to the text box originally but the support team added that just in time for our giveaway.

I like SweepWidget because it's easy to use and helps me effectively organize contests I host on my site. It has a viral share option that allows contestants to share about the giveaways I host and increases traffic to my site. SweepWidget also allows me to manage my entries with ease. I can eliminate anyone who essentially "cheated" and make sure entrants are verified. Such a useful tool!

I've been very pleased with both the functionality and the support of this giveaway widget. It delivered tremendous value for me, especially when you consider it was only $29.99/month. I was paying $43 for RaffleCopter's growth plan and getting fewer features that were relevant for me. Again, the customer has been prompt and solid which I think is especially important when running giveaways.

Prior to using SweepsWidget, I used Rafflecopter for all of my company's monthly giveaways. While it I was satisfied with Rafflecopter, there were a number of entry options that were only available in the top-tier pricing plan. SweepsWidget essentially gave me all of those additional features such as "refer-a-friend, create your own entry option, polls, joining FB groups" at an even lower cost. I also like the usability of this giveaway tool. It's very user-friendly with color-coded buttons and I prefer its user interface over Rafflecopter. Often times, people have reservations of having to learn a new system but I found everything very intuitive on the back-end. The email integration was seamless as well. I've connected my giveaways to MailChimp and MailerLite without any problems. In fact, I initially wrote the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] about adding MailerLite support and a few days later, it was available. I think that speaks to the company's prompt customer service.

Honestly, I don't have any recommendations for improvement at the moment but will gladly update this review should I think of any.

Previously we tried manual giveaways and keeping track of everything, plus encouraging users to use different methods to participate was very difficult. This makes it very easy and now there are tons of ways users can enter a sweepstake and its very easy to manage all things from one simple dashboard.

One of the best way to market anything nowadays is to have a giveaway and SweepWidget makes it very easy to hold one. No programming, no techy stuff. It's very simple and can help in getting tons of verified emails.

Although there is a free version, we are on the Pro and think the price is slightly high. A lower price would have been awesome!

The SweepWidget form is simple to use and set up. It is very customizable not only with ways to enter but branding.

One feature suggestion I made was once the winner has been selected to have that giveaway highlighted a different color or the winner shown on the main page of the finished giveaways so you know that winners have been selected for that particular giveaway.

I like that it’s easy to use. I’ve used other programs that are very difficult to understand. But this one is user friendly.

The screens can upload slow at times. So when I’m on the phone it is a pain.

After setting up a free account and having a tinker around we upgraded to the Pro plan and for a reasonable price we got access to a quick and easy way to spin up a competition with multiple entry methods and the flexibility to customise the look, feel and functionality with little to no knowledge required. We did have a minor hiccup however, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was fantastic to deal with and swiftly resolved our issue. I recommend SweepWidget to anyone looking for an easy way to run a comp with all the bells and whistles of the bigger platforms at a fraction of the cost!

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to export both entries and participants into one spreadsheet

I like the functionality of the features that we could use. With lot of features and a lot of ways to use. I try a lot of sweep/give away software and this was one of the best and, at the moment the most used by me in my projects.

The designer of the software could be better, mainly when we put it on our website. There is other competitors with a better design then this.

SweepWidget makes it really easy to create and launch giveaways with a huge set of features and analytics.

The best part about SweepWidget is that there are such a wide range of Social media options for creating a giveaway. Also the login options are really helpful to avoid repeat or bot entries. There are lots of options that are missing from other services like Youtube video comments, likes etc. Another extremely impressive thing I found was when I reported that a feature was missing, the developer implemented that feature and let me know about it, in a day!

The one issue I have with SweepWidget is that there is no option to verify some entries (Youtube likes/comments) for the giveaway. I understand that it might be due to API issues on those specific platforms but I would like to have a way to do this in the future.

SweepWidget was super easy to integrate with MailChimp - which was the most important thing to us. We were able to signup and setup our first giveaway within literally minutes. Also, we loved that we could style the widget to match our website's theme.

The pricing plans don't look budget-friendly. They need to decrease the pricing so that small and medium companies or organizations can sign up.
