Easy, intuitive project and asset management

PROS

Communication with the agency via the platform, the ease of use, the ability to quickly approve or request changes. The use of the calendar/project view is helpful.

CONS

Nothing, but it would be great if the documents to review were in a more intuitive place.

It enables collaboration and does the job but could be more user friendly

The experience has been good, could be improved with some better UX design I believe. In particular the feedback sometimes is hard to give feedback on the project window. We should also be able to @mention users and receive notifications from within the documents we are reviewing.

PROS

I like that we can organize all projects in one place and keep track of what is being done, providing feedback is relatively easy and can be actioned quickly

CONS

Some features are not very user friendly unfortunately.

Simple Content Agency Project Management

PROS

I like that I can easily go in and review/approve content. I can also retrieve content from past projects if needed (though this isn't something I need to do often).I like that I can see exactly who is on the team working on the project and who, specifically, is working on the piece that a particular time, where it is in the process, etc.

CONS

They made some changes to the platform roughly 9 - 12 months ago that make it more difficult to see what exactly I need to review. I liked the way that this was presented previously. It's not a deal-breaker, but kind of annoying.Also, the way that projects progress in the kanban don't always make sense to me. Basically, all of my projects are either "in progress" or "completed", which I generally find unhelpful. It seems to me that projects that we have planned and are more in the planning, research, and analysis stages should stay in "planning" and should only move to "in progress" once an outline/draft is in the works. Finally, there has never been a great way to see in the platform the delivery date of a project. That's being tracked via a separate spreadsheet that our project manager created, which seems to defeat the purpose of the platfrom in large part. There have been struggles to get blog post copy delivered to us with enough time to review and setup/publish by my team's editorial calendar deadlines.

The platform is easy to use, provides a clear a structure of tasks and responsibilities, features a simplified communication and approval process, and enables flexible timelines when required. Review of Brafton Platform

I am very happy with the platform, and it has allowed us to keep on top of our projects and tasks that we have worked on with the Brafton team.One thing i would like to see is the results of our campaigns somewhere within the platform.

PROS

It is very easy to use, and i can quickly and clearly see the projects and tasks we have in progress and that are upcoming.

CONS

I have had a few bugs using the platform over the past few months, where i am either unable to access the platform or no data shows.

Brafton helps keep our content marketing on schedule

We really have valued using Brafton for our content marketing needs and using their platform to manage our projects really helped with our project management efforts.

PROS

It's easy to gain visibility into all active projects, see where they are in the development cycle and provide review comments on individual pieces.

CONS

Though not the fault of the Brafton platform, our company recently blocked access to Google Drive, which makes it harder for us to view and provide comments on content pieces that are in development.

Central hub for managing content projects

Provides a centralized location to view status and manage content projects, easy to access, clear visuals

Sometimes its difficult to find my own projects amongs others (as not all team members are working on the same projects)

PROS

The Brafton Content Marketing Platform is simple and easy to use. It keeps ongoing projects organized and on track.

CONS

It can be difficult to access different versions of written projects (e.g. looking for an early blog draft or finding the final version).
