Being a YouTuber, I do not see any drawback in this, but I had a small problem that when I was new, I could not do pro version yet because it seems a bit expensive to me and so on. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ive been trying to upgrade my software from 3 channels to 5 and take advantage of a 50-% off discount. Now I'm corresponding with someone saying, "They don't recognize my account". Today is two days prior to the 50% off discount expiring and I've finally realized they are STALLING so I can't get the discount!!!! Very petty; inconsiderate of my time as a customer and just RUDE!!!
