iClassPro is a cloud-based business management solution for midsize and large studios with features such as class management, attendance management, staff scheduling and online payments.

iClassPro features class scheduling, which allows students to schedule their classes online. When a class booking is made, it reflects in trainers' calendars in real time. The solution also features a mobile application for iOS devices where students can sign in and mark attendance. The app allows students to make online credit card payments for class fees and merchandise purchases.

iClassPro features automated email and text messages which allow users to manage marketing campaigns and student communications.

The solution features website integration which allows users to add pre-formatted buttons to patent websites by pasting the HTML code in the website code.

iClassPro is available on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via email and through online knowledge base and FAQs. Support via phone is available during business hours on weekdays.

Nice tool for this Niche

Pros

There is a lot to like about iClassPro. My favorite is the schedule/Register tool for the parent portal.

Cons

I really wish there was a WordPress plugin or a way to embed it on your main site.

Great Software for Keeping Track of Students

Pros

I worked in the office at a gymnastics center for a few years, and we used iClassPro to store family information and process payments. Very helpful, integrates everything into one spot.

Cons

Some aspects of design are not as sleek as they could be. For example, you have to save an edit before you can close it. It takes two steps.

Great software for scheduling and registering for activities!

Pros

It’s easy to use and it is able to hold a lot of information! You can easily schedule and resister students for different classes - reschedule, do makeup classes or move students from one class to the other!

Cons

It’s really annoying that sometimes you have to click “save” first and then you have to click “save and close” after. It makes the process longer.

iClass Pro is a fantastic CRM meets registration software!

Pros

I love the ability to create multiple class options and types, with customizable questions and options. My company uses iClass Pro for classes and summer camps, and it's an easy way for parents to enroll in programs and pay tuition. On the backend, it's a very user-friendly way to organize customer information and even contact families via e-blast!

Cons

One frustration is that there is no way to automatically bill customers who opt for a deposit upon enrollment and full payment at a specified date.

We Love iClassPro

Our gymnastics facility has been around for 40 years this summer. We have never had a more efficient program to help us run our business! It's miles ahead of what we not so long ago used to use, a pencil and paper. Some of our staff was unsure of switching to iClassPro from our previous software but it has proved extremely beneficial. We couldn't do even a fourth of the things we can now! Thanks for a great product(and great customer service)!

Good solution, greater potential

Ease of use is okay, but gets better as you go along. As with any software product a business is currently limited to features that iClassPro thinks you need rather than having many customizable features. Customer Service: they are very helpful explaining features and walking you through them and you can always get someone on the phone with very little wait time, if any, however in our case the answer is generally the same "we can't/don't do that right now" followed by "please submit it as a feature request" or "it is a planned feature to be added". Our company is over 20 years old, so with any company or person, it is like teaching an old dog new tricks, and we don't make it easy making everything conform to us. Overall: lacks some features that other software systems provides, but great price especially for businesses with large numbers of students, and are not giving up much to pay the lower price. For us it seems like we need to be patient enough for this company to contine adding features, even though it takes longer than you think it should.

Thank Goodness!

Thank goodness we discovered iClass Pro. After 20 years in the business we recognized a winner when we saw it. It's features have allowed us to work more efficiently with much less man power. Our customers were so excited to get a web based registration program so they could register for our classes anytime from anywhere. My only disappointment is that we did not discover it sooner.

Amazing Parent Portal and Mobile Attendance

We love iClassPro at Nebraska Cheer Center. Its Parent Portal and Mobile Attendance are far superior than its competitors offerings. We try to be as paper free as possible at NCC and these two features allow us to do that. No more paper registration forms or printed attendance forms! The one con that I have about the software is that the point of sale (pro shop) transactions are very manual, but I have heard that it is a planned enhancement.

I love iClass Pro

iClass Pro has been a great tool for our business. It not only makes our lives easier, but it is great for our customers to be able to log in and view their accounts online and also make online payments. Having been in the business for over 15 years I have used all kinds of accounting programs. I prefer iClass Pro over all of the others! The best part is the customer service and how quickly problems are solved.

Make it more Australian-friendly

Hi there the only con I have with your product is that it needs to be more Australian-friendly/focused. Its very much Americanised which is great if your running a business from the States but not so ideal from Australia.

no more late nights at the office!

iClassPro has allowed me to be with my family instead of spending all the time billing and scheduling all my clients. I get to text and email all my clients very easily and now that everything is on my website almost all my registrations are done online and a computer in my front desk. no more lines.. wahooo
