  • Then they were happy to hear from us when we had passed the audit successfully.
  • POS system and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who helped integrate/train. SENSITIVE CONTENT] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who runs the reports is very knowledgeable and helpful.

  • There are some defects of commands and data extraction.
  • There are basic features that are missing and many glitches.

  • Proton PACS is very user friendly, and easy to use. It is easy to train new employees on.
  • This software saves so much time and manpower putting our patient reports directly to their charts, a huge benefit.
  • Cons

  • The multiple versions of software can get confusing when you have a lot of workstations to continually check.
  • The PACS system itself does not give us many problems. The occasional freezing or delay in loading will happen, but that is something I expect with almost any network-PACS interface.
