ChiroUp is a game changer!
This system has MASSIVELY streamlined my practice. I have used home exercise programme systems before, but they lack the detailed information about each diagnosis, and rarely include activity modification advice such as workstation ergonomics, lifting technique, etc. The "research review" feature allows me to stay up to date with current evidence based practice, and also on top of my CPD requirements (I think the US calls it CE). Some of the condition reports have also reminded me of diagnoses I may have forgotten or lost familiarity with, so I can go through the clinician version and brush up. Since I work in chronic and complex patient management, this has massively improved my skill as a diagnostician.
PROSThe continually expanding catalogue of conditions allows me to be more and more specific with relaying information to patients as well as other providers. Making the reports customisable allows me to edit the exercises as I see fit, and edit the condition reports/descriptions in a way that suits my approach (as an Australian, some minor tweaks to language make it more approachable).
CONSThe patient passwords and questionnaires have a tendency to expire, and there's no ability to change the date and phone number formats from USA format to "rest of the world" format.

Excellent product that coordinates home exercises with office treatment
I'm able to streamline my HEP with patients since I work by myself in the office, and I need to be on a tight schedule with seeing patients. It's easy to send them the videos and recommendations for exercise. Once they try the exercises at home, on a follow up visit they can let me know which exercises/stretches were difficult or need to be modified.
PROSChiro Up is easy to use, the patients are able to download the app with ease or view from an email the exercises, condition, and recommendations to help at home. It's easy as a chiropractor to create a personalized program from the various exercises and conditions listed.
CONSI do not have any complaints at this time. I need to spend more time with the features so that I can get the full utilization of this app.

Great software
This software is great to use when setting up a stretching and exercise routine for patients. Patients enjoy seeing the videos and it makes the patients more compliant. The education section of the website is top notch
CONSI wish it would show modifications of the stretches. Some of the stretches modified are great for patients that might not be able to do the full stretch or exercise, but are working up to that point.

I've been very happy with my experience. I wish that sole practitioners could get a discount.
PROSI like using the exercise and report generator to send to patients. I like the ability to look up conditions and send a synopsis of such to the patient.
CONSI with there was a larger directory of conditions and exercises. If ChiroUp could be made into an in-depth EHR with scheduling and many other features of other EHRs, I'd be onboard in a heartbeat!

New chiro grad and chiroup
I really appreciate it being a single business owner and newly grad. It definitely help make me feel more confident in my clinical skills
PROSI opened my own private chiropractic clinic shortly after graduating. My former clinic professors at Parker University had highly recommended using Chiroup, especially since I was going to be working alone. I absolutely love the pre-type and editable handout of patient conditions. This helped make my job easier and more streamlined since I don't have any staff. I love how customizable the conditions and exercises are because I can really make it my own. I also love the weekly research update because it's hard to run a business and keep up with new and better ways to improve my clinical skills.
CONSI wish patients can add more feedback in the exercises instead of a smiley face scale.Maybe more multiple choice questions would be more helpful such as pain scale ajd difficulty scale on specific exercises instead of the whole set of exercises

Absolutely amazing!

Worth every penny
Once set up is complete, ChiroUp saves myself and my staff time in prescribing exercises. It's also extremely useful for patients. They love that there are videos included.
CONSSometimes the standard instructions for stretches are too complex for certain patient types. However, for those, I just change the instructions.

Every Chiropractic Clinic Needs ChiroUp!
I love ChiroUp and the customer service is top notch.
PROSI like the fact that our patients get a personalized app with condition reports and exercise videos. Patient love that they have 24/7 access to the content we expect them to work on at home and it is a great reference for them.
CONSI believe that ChiroUp Marketing Ads/Handouts could be improved. It seems like some are extremely generic and not attractive to consumers.

Nearly Perfect, but also still improving
Experience has been great. It’s been fantastic to see the company grow and continue to expand the features.
PROSThe condition references, testing, and ease with which I can send reports to other healthcare providers.
CONSI wish it could interface with my EHR to take out a step in creating reports and communications.

ChiroUp streamlines the office
Overall experience is positive. The staff is tremendous in support and training.
PROSLove the condition reports and exercises that have email, text or printable options for our patients along with video if needed. Nice that we can customize the exercises. Also, the Physician report to keep our referral physicians up to date is easy and professional. Another plus is the google reviews and the 30 day assessment eval. Let's us know how we are doing in the eyes of our patients.
CONSI have not found any cons as of yet with ChiroUp. All features have been well though out and executed.

ChiroUp is essential for all chiropractors
So happy, couldn’t recommend it enough!
PROSI started my own practice right after graduating, so I had very little experience. ChiroUp was the big brother that I could turn to when I got stuck with a complaint i wasn’t sure how to treat.
CONSBeing from South Africa ChiroUp is expensive, but it’s worth every cent and more.

Chiroup has great educational options for the doctors. The exercise and condition reports are golden when explaining to patients what's going. Its gives the patients more knowledge

Very pleasurable, not disappointed
PROSPatient initial report of findings with exercises saves me time.
CONSMore diagnoses for extremities and wish treatment frequencies and length of time is an option to turn on rather that having a set number always showing up and it has to be turned off with every report.

If you are a chiropractor you need ChiroUp
The software delivers on all promises, the support staff are quick and responsive, the user interface is intuitive and easy to learn I recommend it to all my colleagues.
PROSFrom sharpening my clinical skills to sending home exercises to patients ChiroUp does it all. We have been using this software for over 3 years and consider it a vital part of our pratice.

Love it so far, will re-evaluate after the year contract is up.
PROSLove the explanation of conditions, the recommendations and clinical resources
CONSI struggle with prescribing some of the recommended exercises for older patients. I would like to see more geriatric exercises. If there was a way to have suggested exercises according to age, that would be great and save some time.
