Outstanding

I have found that Psykdesk is very easy and efficient to use. Great product!

PROS

I love the fact that this EHR system is so customizable. It allows me to tailor it to the exact needs of my practice!

CONS

So far, I am happy with the entire product!

Reasons for switching to Psykdesk

Our previous system was very slow and that hindered our ability to bill claims in a timely fashion.

Amazing

I cant complain everything about it amazes me.

Its very easy to navigate specially when it comes to scheduling appointment and collecting payment.

CONS

Psykdesk has NO cons its very easy to work with it.

Outstanding

It's pretty easy to navigate and use to be honest.

It is very easy to use and on scheduling appointments.

I don't really think I have any cons regarding Psykdesk.

Great Product

PsykDesk is much more user friendly than other platforms I have used.

PROS

PsykDesk is easy to use. I am able to navigate new areas of the platform on my own.

CONS

Would love if insurance type could be listed on the calendar so I didn't have to go into the patient's file to get that information. It would also be great to have templates providers could save in PsykDesk to send individualized appointment reminders/messages.

Best EHR I've ever used!

PROS

The ease of use of Psykdesk is by far my favorite thing about it. I am not a techie, and I did not require a training on how to use it. I love that it is updated regularly and suggestions for improvement are always considered. There's even an instant messaging feature to speak with other colleagues, which is extremely helpful for urgent needs.

CONS

I don't have any complaints! Whenever an issue has been presented in the past, it has always been addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Psykdesk is a must for any group practice

PROS

Super fast, ticketing system is a must for managing tasks, the dashboards and views we could not live without.

CONS

Setting up the views and pagelets takes a bit of learning but once you learn how to do it you will love it.

Bay Area Neuropsychology use

PROS

I like that there are spots to indicate when available and what service you are available for. Writing notes and billing are easy. I like that the system has notes, documentation, billing, messaging, and telehealth camera all in one place.

CONS

The pathway to get to messaging could be easier.

Psydesk is my bestfriend

PROS

My favorite features are:1. The ability to communicate with all office staff regarding patient matters through the portal2. Easy to track monthly revenue.

CONS

I honestly can not think of any dislikes. When comparing Psykdesk to other products in the mental health field, it is in a class of its own.
