Vyte is the best tool for collaboratively planning meeting, with some room to be even better. It has been very helpful to me managing my time with potential and current clients.

The vote option is a great way to find the most suitable time for attendees.

Very easy to use, I like that I can both post my availability and allow others to post their availability.

I have heard complaints that it isn't as intuitive as it could be. But I recently saw a feature announcement from Vyte that they are addressing some of those concerns.

For those who aren't tech savvy, it's great to be able to interface without integrating calendars and offers another opportunity to share the beauty of integrating your workflow with others.

There are so many things I like about Vyte. First of all, I love the obvious - how easy it makes scheduling meetings with others.

However, it is a limited function app for the cost for the pro version.

Some customers do not  understand how to use it. It’s difficult to manage the link on a Mac.

I think it is a bit expensive, too. Some external user sometimes claim about usability problems, but I believe mostly they are lazy.

He has worked with every request we’ve have had and we greatly appreciate the flexibility.

The staff is good at figuring out what you want and helping you accomplish it. And they are constantly upgrading the software.

Customer Service!!! I would give it 10 stars if I could. Prompt, reliable and helpful and if I make a suggestion for a change or addition it is done within minutes.

They have an amazing support staff. Very quick response time.

I will even email a question to support sometimes and they will send me a video tutorial answering my question. I cannot say enough good things about EBE.

Customer support is great and quick to respond. Some of the features are not intuitive, but clunky.

This program makes organizing event leads, calendar, payments, contracts, invoices so easy. EBE is super user friendly.

Too much room for error when keying in multiple sections during the initial setup process for an event.

This, plus QuickBooks, represents all I need for my back office systems. It's made my life 100x easier by keeping all of my data in one place.
