  • Pros

  • Easy to use video call software with great quality. Allows caller scheduling which reduces a lot of back and forth communication, saving a lot of time (and these forms are embeddable).
  • As icing on the cake it has a very nice UI, is easy to use and learn, and has a lot of additional functionality a user can avail in their businesses.
  • Cons

  • Some features are locked unless you pay an additional fee.
  • When I was using it I missed the functionality for hosting a webinar.

  • The vote option is a great way to find the most suitable time for attendees.
  • Very easy to use, I like that I can both post my availability and allow others to post their availability.

  • In the beginning, it was difficult to understand some of the options presented when trying to schedule.
  • I have heard complaints that it isn't as intuitive as it could be. But I recently saw a feature announcement from Vyte that they are addressing some of those concerns.
