It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

There are things that disappointed me for example that is a slow software, and the installation takes quite a bit.

I am constantly approached by the competitors, but I can plan my budget around the cost and not worry or be surprised by hidden fees and services.

Overall, I have had a great experience using Bizzabo and working with their team to build our custom app. Their support team is also great.

Plus, they offer excellent customer service. My favorite features were the ability to watch the activity stream and social sharing in real-time and maximizing the refer-a-friend ticket boost.

Managing ticket sales was a pain a few years ago when eventbrite etc. popped up. Today's that's not the pain.

We also had an issue with our message coming out of the Bizzabo being identified as spam by some of our recipients.

Before we used our own main website, which was really hard on time management as every change we had to do was through our development team (even when it came to changing a full stop).
