  • Pros

  • Very importantly too, I love the quality of support offered my team by the Helpshift customer service desk.
  • Easy to use in the game and quite easy integration.
  • Cons

  • For example, deep linking started working after removing Helpshift. So the SDK is doing some crazy stuff under the hood.
  • On iOS, using Helpshift is pain (from developer perspective). Lot of issues, updates break stuff.

  • The cost was great for me to start out. It was very easy to train staff on the system as well.
  • I enjoyed the ease of use that Square provided in the initial setup and ease of use.
  • Cons

  • There have been times where the customer was charged twice and times where the customer was never charged at all.
  • It was very disappointing encountering these setbacks while I have a limited time to sell at the farmer's market.
