Good softwear fairly complexed but there is no support when u need it.

We are even able to immediately access both class and recital music, as well as view the costumes for each class, all with one click. This helps us stay inspired and keeps us from falling behind.

We love that the software is specific to dance, it really does have everything you could need to run a dance school...and the parents LOVE the parent portal and the ability to enrol and pay online.

It sends out reminders for me, tracks everything and sorts in many different ways for ease of use. There are so many customizable reports, that almost everything I need is at my fingertips.

Since I only use the site once per month, I have to spend a lot of time trying to figure out how/where to log in so that I can pay for the class.

When my daughter's dance teacher sends out a statement, there is no link to make a payment.

They will walk me through anything. There are a few troubling spots in the customer interface.

Trust me when I say I scout out all the time and have yet to find something as good as or better. These guys are the best in the business and we have been very happy with them every step of the way.

Training takes too long. Customers complaint that class list is difficult to read as they are not alphabetical.
