I have no real complaints except that maybe the usability of the dashboard could be improved.

Easy to use, support is quick (and often not needed - because it's very easy to use). Love the dark mode too - can't believe sites still don't have this as standard.

It's super easy to set up including custom events and the API integration allows us to upload all data in our data warehouse and combine it with other KPIs in our custom dashboards.

They also provide an awesome feature to collect custom events in addition to the basic web analytic metrics. Also the interface is a joy to use.

The use of the app is great. Simple to use, very clear, yet very comprehensive.

Amazing RMM Dashboard, Very simple, easy to use & deploy, great alerting and does it all.

The RMM agents are very easy to install/created, the interface is very visual and the configuration simple but strong.

The SNMP support for monitoring network devices doesn't give one the needed in-site into standard network devices. Another weakness is the inability to group devices within sites.

It tells me everything I need to know about a computer and what's going on. The integrations have been a huge help.

The support is great, having an account manager is handy if you need someone, documentation is nice and the software also looks good.

If I have to come up with a con though, it's that there is no billing portal.

Missing a few features all of what’s missing ninja are in the works of implementing.

The ease of use along with the great development, technical, support and sales teams mean we are never stuck.

We cannot say enough how great our experience with Ninja has been so far. The platform is top shelf and everything we need to operate our business is at our fingertips.

We did not have to worry about constantly checking the health of our network every 10 minutes as we could rely on Ninja RMM to do this for us and alert us when something started to go wrong.

The reports are great, the integrations are super easy and the website itself is easy to understand. Other RMMs need a team of onboarders to show you how to use it over a period of a month.
