Pros
- Very easy to use at a great price with good support. Weekly reports give us a good idea of what is going on with the machines in the system and it hits all of the auditors check boxes.
- I've been very happy with the software and anytime I've needed help there support has quickly helped me out. It helps me meet the PCI Requirements I need to fulfill monitoring my servers.
- Provides great support, pretty easy to use, new features added with no additional cost, low requirements. Great way to stay on top of your critical items like services.
Cons
- It's sometimes a little awkward to manage templates, reports, schedules, etc. in the user interface.
- Missing custom range filtering by date for logs.
- There is some lag in loading the logs when you select a machine.
Pros
- The ability to add in extras such as services and application monitoring on top is great.
- Site24x7 is very easy to use, excellent Customer Success outreach to assist in solution evaluation and configuration.
- Very good software for monitoring things like server performance or any website performance. Good to operate from both mobile and desktop and customer support of this organisation is very good.
Cons
- Connectivity to the cloud is somehow restricted for government agencies in Saudi Arabia.
- UI seems overloaded, sometimes user can get confused where to go.
- There are almost to many things you can monitor. The licensing pricing model can be hard to understand also.
