Fixing a small issue, such as a single blocked program, can be difficult. I wish they had something to remind me of what my password is cause i always forget it.

At times it can be difficult to get bypasses to work when a site is being wrongly classified.

It blocks all sorts of stuff it shouldn't. Use microsoft essentials or buy a mac or just download MalwareBytes.

Webroot was simple to setup and install on all endpoints. It's low resource usage on client desktops and provides an easy, single interface to view all endpoints.

Missing a few features such as parental control, and spam filtering. Not many capabilities to customize the password manager.
