Whilst using the platform there have been several problems with the customer service team where we’ve heard different stories about particular features.

It's still a great resource and I recommend it to anyone who needs to build a basic app.

Ease of use for customers and clients is easy. As a software company also i find that with some good knowledge of the product it is easy to integrate and connect other features and functions.

There is nothing at all that I dislike about Appy Pie.

The integration of various API and good for designer. Its a good platform for designer who need to design apps.

I dislike thst i paid for the Premium Service and the APPY Pie logo destroys my Splash Page at over £600 paid.

Also the alarm on my radio section is so not needed and I do not know how to take that feature off.

The features are awesome. The membership card and loyalty system alone is great but now to add it in Augmented Reality and your own store is awesome.

I managed to add everything I wanted to my app. The tutorials are great, they make it super easy to guide yourself through the website.

Appy Pie is a fantastic software and helps me manage my app creations.

Really great customer service assistance from the staff their like [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN. Appy Pie has a really great team there and I've liked their product for the past 4 years.

With social media support, images host, PDF integration. It's a great APP creation software for small business.

It's mostly just folders and sub-folders. Weird errors: At times videos wouldn't transcode or some files wouldn't be recognized right away.

It has not complications and helps me get things done. It truly has been a lifesaver since it helps me streamline my processes, saving me time during the process.

My overall experience is good... my experience would be great if I can receive timely support when I need it.

There is still some functionality missing that we would like to see. There is also some limitation on formatting of text within a task.

Using it with Zapier is confusing, and I can't always achieve the result I need.

It's an all around good way to automate checklists. I like being able to go through and manually check things off.

I love the concept of checklist software, and of all the ones I reviewed, this one has the most functionality. Additionally, they are adding functionality continually.

It also deals greatly with data archiving and management. Process Street covers a lot of features which is a great deal for its price.

They would not work with us on this. It is irritating because we are stuck with an old version now and paid for 6 months we now can't use.

The product was pretty easy to learn how to configure and not only captures the completion of tasks but also automates parts of the process. It's a great product for minimal cost.

It is easy to quickly enjoy productivity gains through Process Street's template creation and editing features.

The overall experience has been very positive and I have enjoyed using ll the software and seeing it grow over the last few months.

Great for courses: The interface is wonderful for creating a database of internal/public courses.

It's rather expensive for a small business owner/freelancer. Other than that, I don't have any other complaints with Process Street.

My 'most like' is definitely the Customer Support and ease of use.

Great experience with customer support, very seamless integration from previous workflows (we were using Trello). This software has been really low maintenance and easy to use.

Integration with other software is great. I specifically like what you can do with teh Run Links.

I've spent months looking for something simple and have experimented with many other trials. This product has enough complexity to be powerful, yet so simple to use.

Navigating between all your checklists can be somewhat confusing.

I think there are some potential UI issues that can be tuned, but honestly, I have no real complaints.

They have been great at listening to our requests and have implemented some of them.

The lack of a proper way to include 'tables' in a worksheet is an inconvenience.
