I don't like the lack of customization. Also, i hate that you can not put a folder into a folder.

Some features in this apps on some devices are located differently, which can be confusing at times.

No real problems other than lack of usage due to feeling a bit burdened by having to maintain two separate task management systems.

It has been a lifesaver in terms of its use. Due to the length of use in our business, it hasn't been to our benefit to switching to a different platform with all our history of notes.

Amazing collaborative workspace to work on docs with multiple people. Pricing isn't cheap, but it's fair and comparable to other platforms.

Great product,  ease of use, affordable. Does everything we need that the larger doc management programs do at a fraction of the cost.

The new re-write (v10) is awful, and forced me to revert to v6. Searching for a new alternative while v6 still works.

Evernote Business is an amazing, note-taking, multi-platform software for businesses because of their best in class collaborative features, clean and minimalistic design, perfect sync, and much more.

This application also using quite large of my phone RAM as it will keep lagging and crash when i am using it more than one hour.

The platform is extremely easy to use. It is very straightforward with a nice UI.

If you're not already on a more robust (and expensive) CRM, Notehouse is so much better than using Office or other non-purpose built solutions to tracking notes.

The overall experience has bee great. I am able to tack student progress while maintaing a birds eyeview of my caseload.

Its was great at the initial stage but when communication breaks down its with customer services it limits us in what we can do.

When it’s loading slowly it’s difficult to tell if anything is happening or not - could do with seeing a bar loading or something.

I like having the ability to upload case-specific documents on a client's file, where appropriate, list important deadlines, and designate a lead onto each case.

I loved the ease of use and the simplicity of the product. I have tested out other case management software and it has more features then I needed— which got in the way of my work.

A fantastic free service for nonprofits to help keep track of basic case notes for clients.
