  • Pros

  • My favorite aspect of the software is the ability to validate my crews wherever I am.
  • Ease and user friendly, the system works well and is easy to maintain and overall use.
  • Cons

  • Conversely, if you mark them absent, it won't let you fully remove them from the shift. There are no user generated reports.
  • There are no flags for open shifts so it is easy to miss that a particular day is not fully staffed. There are no text alerts for shifts.

  • I like the ease of scheduling, especially the active staffing requirements page. Like the ECC app, the copy and past functionality in the schedules.
  • Easy of usage for using scheduling and putting in people.
  • Cons

  • I find it difficult to schedule- when an employee is on vacation or LOA or casual and they don't appear on the weekly schedule so it takes quite a bit of fiddling to get them on the schedule.
  • The new update requires you to refresh the page for some major users (i.e. management). Also, there are two apps on mobile which confuses staff and provides the wrong calendar/schedule.
