My favorite aspect of the software is the ability to validate my crews wherever I am.

Absolutely great team to work with. Very cost efficient, tremendous setup staff, and customer service has been terrific.

They made the implementation process smooth and were always super responsive to any of my requests for assistance or just to answer my questions.

Ease and user friendly, the system works well and is easy to maintain and overall use.

The program is slow on the upload of changes and sometimes the information is lost if not saved due to connectivity.

Most problems or updates needed are performed within a couple of hours.

The PTO reporting system seems a bit outdated too, with monthly e-mailed reports rather than a real-time on demand report available.

We are small emergency ambulance service. We are a closed Union service and have many different job codes, pay scales, PTO, seniority, request for PTO and scheduling.

Functionality and ease of use. Ability to log in from multiple places.

We routinely had to fix errors that were made because of having to transfer information from one place to another, in some instances, multiple times.

When removing someone from a shift from the master schedule, you can no longer tag them for that shift when marking them absent.

This software helped us with the transition from volunteer status to paid full time status. It is extremely user friendly and helps with not only the scheduling but payroll.

We lost a few features from the other scheduling software.

StaffScheduleCare is great all encompassing software.

I find it difficult to schedule- when an employee is on vacation or LOA or casual and they don't appear on the weekly schedule so it takes quite a bit of fiddling to get them on the schedule.

Still a fan of SSC in general but there is still work to do with the rev 5 version.

Good, for scheduling, Problems sometimes with getting things to print i.e. master schedules for individuals sometimes a problem.

The new update requires you to refresh the page for some major users (i.e. management). Also, there are two apps on mobile which confuses staff and provides the wrong calendar/schedule.

Limitations such as no possibility of adding the badge  # in the TSR reports.
