Everything about PDF
With Adobe Acrobat Pro I'm performing a wide range of tasks like editing PDFs, merging PDFs and even adding audio and video. So far my experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro is exceptional.
PROSI can do almost everything related to PDF with Adobe Acrobat Pro whether it is creating, editing or just viewing. The quick conversion of PDF to other formats is also very helpful for me and as I'm an active user of Adobe Creative Cloud so I keep using other Adobe apps also and it's integration is also very good.
CONSIt's a very premium software as almost the same software of some other companies can cost you even half of what you will be paying for Adobe Acrobat Pro. Although it is very user-friendly software still if you want to use some advanced features you need to learn it first.

Useful but expensive
I had a good experience and an ease of use
PROSI like the possibility to have an easy handling of the text
CONSI think it’s too expensive. I think a licence should cost less than 100€ instead more than 200€

The tool for my workflow
As a researcher the use of documents is so often. Digital signature with certificate feature is used on a daily basis, and it works perfect. One of my favourite tools from Adobe Acrobat Pro is PDF Editing. It allows me to do small fixes and edit on document with no effort. There is no reason to convert to other formats, and then to PDF again.
CONSThe main disadvante I found is the performance on Apple Macbooks. In comparison to Windows, the performance is a bit slower, from my own experience.

Pricey but worth it
Very positive. I don't use it to its full capacity, but it's still worth it just for processing PDFs quickly and being able to utilise all the templates available that you can get from many places for different purposes.
PROSThis enables you to us so many templates, formats and manipulate documents from anywhere. I have downloaded and used programmable PDFs to generate forms and store information, which is much faster than manually inputting everything. It also allows one to fill and sign forms digitally, so eliminates the need to print off and scan. There's also much more you can do with it and plenty of guides and info from Adobe themselves and lots of third parties.
CONSIt's not super straight-forward or easy to pick up, some guides and tutorials are required to master the core features. But other than that, it's smooth sailing.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Adobe Acrobat Pro
Adobe Acrobat Pro is the absolute best in document manipulation and management. Everything from adding signatures, to editing documents, to creating forms. I have been a HUGE fan of Adobe Acrobat since the very first time I used it years ago. The makers of Adobe are absolute geniuses. Anything I could possibly want to do with a document, Adobe has made a way to make it happen.
CONSThe cloud version and the app are different. They look different, but more importantly, they work differently. I am hoping that the software creators will start making the app and cloud versions work more like each other.

A great tool for electronic signature
A powerful software with powerful and helpful features that save effort and time. The overall experience is great with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
PROSI like that you can make protected forms of your own and send them to other people for signature and also you can make your own signature, this is reducing paper printing and saves much time, you can put your signature from any device wherever you are. Alos, Adobe Acrobat Pro is a great PDF editor that offers many features and options to design and edit your PDF documents.
CONSAdobe Acrobat Pro has high price compared with other PDF editors with the same features. Also, the OCR feature does not support many languages and the results of the OCD are bad and you have to have a good quality scanned document.

Adobe Acrobat is a tool for pros!
Adobe Acrobat Pro stands out with its comprehensive suite of PDF management tools. Its ability to edit, convert, and annotate PDFs with precision is remarkable. The OCR (Optical Character Recognition) feature is a game changer, turning scanned documents into searchable and editable PDFs, thereby improving my productivity.
CONSHowever, Adobe Acrobat Pro does have its limitations. The complexity of the interface can be overwhelming for new or casual users who simply need basic functionalities. Furthermore, the cost is considerably high compared to other PDF management tools, which might not make it the best choice for individuals or small businesses on a tight budget.

Document facilitating software
This program has helped my office print less and also has led to a more streamlined workflow. It has increased our work efficiency.
PROSBeing able to edit text as well as mark up documents with comments helps facilitate both editing and group review. The comments feature allows multiple users to engage with a document without altering text. I like the reply feature for each comment which allows for tracking of collaboration between users.
CONSI do wish this software could accommodate additional file types or be able to convert other file types to PDF format. The software can sometimes be slow for large files.

Review of Adobe Acrobat Pro
Adobe Acrobat Pro lets you make dozens of edits to your PDF as needed. The "Edit a PDF" feature was most useful to me while I used Adobe Acrobat Pro at my old job.
CONSIt can be very difficult to make edits to the size of pre loaded text boxes in Adobe Acrobat Pro. Also, when I first went to edit text I had typed into several pre loaded text boxes in Adobe, it was sort of confusing on how to change the font, font color, and font size. Lastly, Adobe Acrobat Pro has a tendency to crash often for unexplained reasons. In particular, I've discovered this to be true while using the "Edit a PDF" function.

Robust tool for PDF
Over all experience is great with Adobe Acrobat Pro being using it for past 5 years and still no other software is close to it
PROSIt is very easy to use and gives almost full control over my PDF files whether it is text editing or form creation. It is the default PDF opener on my system and as a part of Adobe ecosystem, I can easily integrate it with other adobe tools.
CONSIf you want to shift from basic to advanced options some learning is required as it offers so many features and functionality for PDF. It is on the expensive side because the kind of features it give are somehow available on online platform.

Adobe Acrobat Pro is my go-to PDF editor. I frequently use Acrobat Pro to easily edit text, import, rearrange and merge pages to format and publish books.

It is very flexible and adaptable, great for editing documents and uploading them for sharing.
The issue we are attempting to solve with Adobe is the ability to send and receive documents. There are several advantages to using Adobe, such as the ability to merge files and upload multiple documents to our system at the same time (for example, I scan forms and upload them to Adobe to combine and then sign/print them). Adobe Acrobat has assisted our firm in organizing and getting the most out of our PDF files; its editing tools allow us to divide and combine documents, modify their style, insert text, and more; it is a strong application that has allowed us to produce and edit many PDF files, simplifying the job.
PROSI enjoy how many capabilities it offers for modifying PDFs (such the ability to annotate or initialize files that require text or signatures), as well as how it can compress and condense files to prepare them. At one of my jobs, I utilized this tool on a regular basis to condense forms for my end-of-day reports, and it didn't take me long to become used to it. We may transmit and receive paperwork such as application forms, school transcripts, and IDs; this program has ultimately managed to maintain its place as one of the best pdf editors for a reason; the quantity of capabilities it provides allows the user to perform limitless tasks.
CONSOne disadvantage of having so many features is that it can be difficult to know which ones are for what purposes. The file consolidation process was a bit strange at first because it saves the new file as a 'Binder' on top of the original files, so I wish it had been saved to a completely new separate file. Adobe demands regular updates and occasionally you will need to shut down and restart if it does not operate properly. The program can be a little pricey compared to its rivals, and because of its extensive capabilities, it can be daunting for a novice attempting to take advantage of all of its advantages.
