Grooper's approach to image and document analysis is not comparable to any other in the space. The intelligent analysis is fantastic and reduces man hours with growing return on investment.

Being able to simplify and even automate the data entry of scanned documents into our system with OCR is amazing and a godsend.

BIS would not take on any small projects to enable us to do more scanning, which was very frustrating.

We use Grooper to augment our employees, not replace them, and it has increased our performance as much as 90% for some processes - we just don't have any that can be 100% automated.

So far, I am impressed with the recognition features, as well as the automated correction.

By default, licenses get tied up and there's often unexplained issues that cause errors when processing documents.

The software can be a little intimidating to learn.

Grooper enabled us to get rid of some ancient scanning software. The Team at BIS worked to understand our needs and got us setup pretty quickly.

The navigation tree can get confusing if you aren't disciplined with your naming conventions and object placement.

I like that you can conform it to what works best for company.

In regards to the DB table documentation, it is basically useless due to the bizarre field names.

I imagine Grooper will be very advantageous in acquisitions and divestitures;  Collecting, Assignments, Leases and Contracts.

The interface, similar to other applications like Tableau, is clear and concise. The community is available 24/7, answering questions quickly and helping move my projects forward.

Ratchet-X provides easy to use functionality to my customers that saves them revenues and resources.

The image & data capture for our AP and the digital document storage for our HR are the most important features. Having access to digital files is great.

We are enthusiastic about employing all of the modern functionality and really like the option of choosing document repositories housed on either SharePoint or Azure Blob.

We licensed the KL Cloud subscription in September 2019 and are once again enjoying a great partnership with KnowledgeLake.

KnowledgeLake's team has been great to work with, very engaged. They are continually working to improve the product.

Since the RPA tool is developer friendly, there are no limitations in terms creating sophisticated automations. It truly can integrate anything with anything.

Short learning curve to become proficient in defining your integration AppSpaces and implementing customer-specific business processes. Well thought out development environment.

The fact that KnowledgeLake is very intuitive and easy for customers to learn is its biggest plus.

Our complex workflows were often problems, and we did have initial performance problems.

The integration process had some hiccups in regards to duplicate files so that was a bit frustrating but really this is a small con because they were able to get it back up and running quickly.

Besides being fairly easy to use, the customer service is a huge plus. Very attentive and responsive.

As KL was able to do this in a matter of weeks & kept us in the loop of the progress. The File queue, View options, Category customization AMAZING.

Very user friendly, competitively priced, flexibility, comprehensive logging capabilities, Customer support.

For example, a long standing issue where KL Cloud would lose the auth token to Azure AD and break adding new users silently.

The UI/UX is nice, and being able to decouple it from our on-premise infrastructure was a huge win  for us operationally.

The integration with our accounting software is limited and has reduces functionality on the AP side. The method in which security is handled on the HR side is tedious and difficult to maintain.

It is easy to use and integrates well with Sharepoint.
