  • Pros

  • Grooper's approach to image and document analysis is not comparable to any other in the space. The intelligent analysis is fantastic and reduces man hours with growing return on investment.
  • Being able to simplify and even automate the data entry of scanned documents into our system with OCR is amazing and a godsend.
  • Cons

  • BIS would not take on any small projects to enable us to do more scanning, which was very frustrating.
  • By default, licenses get tied up and there's often unexplained issues that cause errors when processing documents.

  • Pros

  • The image & data capture for our AP and the digital document storage for our HR are the most important features. Having access to digital files is great.
  • Since the RPA tool is developer friendly, there are no limitations in terms creating sophisticated automations. It truly can integrate anything with anything.
  • Cons

  • Our complex workflows were often problems, and we did have initial performance problems.
  • The integration process had some hiccups in regards to duplicate files so that was a bit frustrating but really this is a small con because they were able to get it back up and running quickly.
