Cardknox review

PROS

We switched to Cardknox at the start of the COVID pandemic as we needed a safe and secure way to charge patients for their copays and deductibles. We needed something easy to implement, easy to use and with great tech support. We found that all with Cardknox!

CONS

The search feature takes a long time to load. Other than that, Cardknox is great!

Reasons for switching to Cardknox

Cardknox was cheaper and more in line with our needs.

pros and cons

Overall it's ok but I would definitely like to see this app get more advanced

PROS

I like the fact that you can set up accounts in Canada and USA

CONS

it's not as user-friendly especially. when sending payment links to clients. I also wish there was a way to recognize the address so I don't need to input all details.

Easy to use! efficient

Hard work to get it set up the way you like it to be but the chances of the possibilities are endless. Once all is set up the way you like it to be, its a breeze to use it. I barely call for help. When i do call, i get answered right away and dont have to wait long to get things rolling. Love it!

PROS

adding contacts with their cards so that we dont have to always enter the same card over and over, the batch everyday is easy to follow with our system to balance, the filters are great.

CONS

Not much to dislike. No complaints what so ever :)

Great all around processor

PROS

Great user interface, easy to navigate, process payments online, and send payment requests.

CONS

I would like to see a more customizable payment portal for my clients. We regularly send payment requests via email and I would like the payment portal my clients see have things like my logo, my color schemes, fonts, etc.

Good for Gateway

PROS

I love that this product is easy to use and batches on time.

CONS

I do not like that there is no ipad/iphone app. I do not like that when you search transactions they give you a 90 day window as I like to see every single transaction from existence for that card holder or card number. Its good as a gateway but not as an invoicing system.

Great product!!!

The software is useful for remote credit cards and ACH transfers

the product is really easy to use and the design is very pleasing for my eyes:)

CONS

As a biller of two Skilled nursing facilities it would be more practical if I got alert which SNF account Iā™„9m currently using. Yeah, i know i can check it in the high right corner, but sometimes I forget and can mistakenly process payment for wrong SNF account.

Great product, excellent service and support

It's been great. There support during our development process was excellent and they take a very hands-on approach to servicing our customers.

PROS

Cardknox handles the entire deployment and support process. It's a hands-off process for us and we know our customers are well taken care of.

CONS

I can't think of anything negative to say about the software or the company.
