We love that we can assign different collections to different members. The customer support we have received has been incredible! Always fast & they fix our issues right away. #### Cons The hardest part for a non-profit is getting our sponsors & families to help with covering the convenience fees. Cheddar Up makes it easy to do everything from volunteer sign up to actually collecting money for our events we hold. Being able to add all your information, including flyers, onto the event is wonderful. I don't have to use multiple pages to do this, it's all in one place. Being able to ask all the questions needed for the members that are registering for an event is great also. You can ask as many different questions and even multiple choice questions with answers and everything is altogether. Printing our different reports that are needed for our events or volunteer list is easy to do and and they are easy to read. The cost of using cheddar up is minimal and our organization finds it perfect. Payments are easy to be make whether with credit card or cash or an e check. Everything is processed and cleared quickly and then deposited into our bank account just as quickly. #### Cons I wish there was an area to save a list of frequently asked questions on my registration links. It would make it easier when I have to ask the questions on our events. It’s easier for us to create a Cheddar Up for our parents and send a link out versus telling them in person or through email or text and then asking for cash. It’s also good for our service unit since there’s a variety of troops with different ages and levels and needs and we’re able to create a campaign where people can just go and select their needs and pay. We use the upgraded feature and are able to accept money for troop dues for outings that we go on for basic necessities and it has been very easy to use for parents and Troop Leader leaders. Payment processing is not an issue with Cheddar Up. There is a slight fee that our parents pay or we pay for them to use the services but we don’t have to take cash payments anymore and it seems like it’s more convenient for our families. Previously, the membership drive was a very disjointed, manual, paper process. Using Cheddar Up, I’ve been able to automate the process. Our members have been able to join our PTA (various membership levels) and pay dues (various amounts) either by credit card, cash or check. I was worried I’d hear a lot of mumbling and complaints about the convenience fee, which we opted to pass on to our members. I’ve received zero complaints. Since implementing our membership collection, I’ve created collections to support other campaigns which require payments, such as direct donation, event sponsorship, and pre-sale of various tickets for our Harvest Festival. Easy to implement and use, and the reporting is exactly what I need. Also, I’ve reached out twice to Cheddar Up support with questions, and they’ve responded promptly and thoughtfully both times. #### Cons Not a deal breaker, but Cheddar Up’s POS credit card reader requires an internet connection (i.e. wifi, hotspot, cellular network) to use. I'm able to set up a website, send emails, process credit card payments and keep track of attendees. All for free! This is awesome! A Chat button is the easiest way to get help. The help is excellent. #### Cons There is a learning curve with this program, just like any new software. There are videos and articles you can access, but that's a bit overwhelming. If the Chat is not available, you can send an email and get an answer back the very next morning. It was simple to keep track of fundraising online and very convenient to use the printable invoices/packing slips. #### Cons The only issue I had was when I was creating questions in the online form.
