No proper options of changing the format for getting the required reports. Reports does not include products.

Invoicing and payment and receipt details recording and assessing reports is very user friendly. Invoicing also consider GST part also.

Detailed ledgers of vendor and suppliers be available online and offline also. Currently ledgers are having some issues related with financial year breaks.

We had bought ProfitBooks for accounting but then soon discovered that it's great for sales teams.

Considering the size and nature of business, my experience with profitbooks has been good.

Cloud Functionality, Generating reports, Customer Care. It is convenient to use it on the go with cloud.

ProfitBooks is easy to use and the support team is great.

Sometimes it stops working. There are few types of entries which do not allow attaching a scanned document.

Then we found it very easy to record day-to-day transactions like expenses. The sales role feature is very useful.

The software is incapable of data analysis and especially in expense management and COGS finding.

The first thing you'd like about ProfitBooks is the ease of use. It's very easy to raise invoices.

I was forced to manually type an invoice to ensure I was paid. Customer service very vague: took 3 days to respond with mere instructions on how to email an invoice , which I knew.

The product is very easy to use and customer support gives a lot of confidence to use the software.

Its ease to use and user friendly interface. Customer support is very good.

Some anomaly arise due to non development of project option. No upgrades or update in software at all.

Also like the simple interface. It doesn't feel complex to use it.

I hate the fact that you can’t assign designations eg- let a user be able to assess invoices and also be able to add customers And also work on your invoice templates.

Almost all features are good. I like the initial page which gives a complete detail of Accounts.

I love the Project feature which lets you track income/expenses for a project or for a group of customers/clients ... very cool. It's my favorite feature.

We could create separate logins for our sales team, now they can only view the invoicing part. Overall our experience was great.

This makes it so much easier to find out what cards are about to expire. If I need help, when I call customer support they are there to help.

We never thought that price changes would be a missing feature for a recurring billing system.

Very quick and helpful responses by phone, chat or email. Also, they are always improving.

Most importantly, the on boarding and support teams have been very responsive, and very helpful. They even go the extra mile to give you new ideas for new packaging and pricing your own services.

They were able to build an API into our CMS software that our business has to use to integrate the software flawlessly.

Stax Bill is an impressive payment processing approach for enterprises.

Currently our biggest problem with Fusebill is updating the price for a product in our subscriptions.

We can now use those resources for selling. Great team, awesome support = so happy.

They'll have the wrong prices when we re-activate them. Instructions on the custom code to update our subscriptions were given to us 13 days after asking for instructions on changing prices.
