Easy and quick.

Overall sezzle is amazing. So far for as long as I have been using it, it has been a Godsend. I will definitely be recommending this to other people so that they can benefit from this as well.

PROS

Sezzle is an easy way to obtain the items you want/need on a more budget-friendly scale. I was able to afford to get some things for my home without having to break the bank because sezzle breaks the payments up into 4 smaller payments and takes the payment out of your account automatically. It is exactly how it is described in the ad, buy now pay later. I also love that they do not accrue interest. So basically what they tell you, you owe is what you owe.

CONS

As much as I love sezzle I wish that they gave you the option to choose when the payment will come out. I get paid on Fridays and sometimes I don't always shop on Fridays. If you shop on Monday but want the payment to be taken out on Friday I think you should be able to choose which day you want it to come out.

Easy to Use and set up. Works well for our customers.

Very satisfied with the product. Easy to integrate and our customers that make use of it seem to like the option.

PROS

This product was easy to set up on our woocommerce site. Integration was simple. The company provided graphics and it looks great. Very simple for our customers to use and it gives us a nice alternative payment method.

CONS

We haven't had any features that have bothered us so far. Only hiccup was making sure orders weren't fulfilled before the processing by sezzle was complete, but that was an easy fix.

Buyer Beware

I made a purchase on the Sezzle website about three months ago. At the same time, I purchased my product; I also enrolled in the Sezzle Premium plan for $9.99/month.The purchase, delivery and my first two payments went as planned without any issues. However, when I tried paying off my account balance, which included the 3rd and 4th scheduled payments on my account, I could not do so on the Sezzle website (sezzle.com) or via the Sezzle mobile app.After contacting Sezzle support, Sezzle claims that somehow the payment portal attached to my account is not working properly and, therefore, cannot process any payments. Between voice and website chat, I have since contacted Sezzle support seven different times now, with supporting evidence of each interaction. The issue on my account has been escalated on four separate occasions, each time with a Sezzle support agent telling me the issue would be researched and that someone from Sezzle would be reaching out to me with a resolution or solution. One month into the process (and after four escalations), I still have not been contacted back by Sezzle support.It absolutely baffles me that this business is unable to accept or process my payment... by phone, website or mobile app. I just don't understand. Sezzle indicates that they report to the major credit bureaus. The last thing I need is for this company to report my account as late or unpaid to the credit bureaus due to whatever internal issues they are experiencing.

The concept that Sezzle offers is good in theory.

CONS

It is very difficult to work with the Sezzle support team. Answers are limited to canned, prewritten FAQ's.

Great for customer referral

Overall, the customer support is excellent. They respond usually within 1 business day and are more than willing to assist you.

PROS

Being listed in the Sezzle business directory puts me in touch with users all over the United States and Canada. 85%-90% of our customers are Sezzle referrals. Merchants can choose to keep their money in an interest account which earns 3.25% or in a withdrawl account which does not accrue interest but is available for withdrawl in 2-3 business days.

CONS

Sezzle charges a financing fee of 6%+$0.30 per transaction. This is very high for a small business as it is 3 times the amount we normally pay for processing fees.

Reason for choosing Sezzle

We were referred by another merchant who was very satisfied with the product.

Budget shopping perfected

If you're on a budget then sezzle is ideal. With their pay in four option & other payment plans, sezzle really helps you manage your shopping needs without going broke in the process

PROS

The customer service is amazing. They respond faster than most in-store customer service even do. Also, they offer flexible payment options & only charge late payment fees & only 1x per purchase agreement rather than charging a fee each day you're late & allow gift cards to be purchased (perfect for holiday gifts if you have a lot of people to shop for)

CONS

The assortment of retailers offered changes constantly. Most of the places I've never even heard of. There's also no description of the retailers & what they sell/offer beyond the company name & a vague description.
