Overall sezzle is amazing. So far for as long as I have been using it, it has been a Godsend. I will definitely be recommending this to other people so that they can benefit from this as well.

Sezzle is an easy way to obtain the items you want/need on a more budget-friendly scale. I was able to afford to get some things for my home without having to break the bank because sezzle breaks the payments up into 4 smaller payments and takes the payment out of your account automatically. It is exactly how it is described in the ad, buy now pay later. I also love that they do not accrue interest. So basically what they tell you, you owe is what you owe.

As much as I love sezzle I wish that they gave you the option to choose when the payment will come out. I get paid on Fridays and sometimes I don't always shop on Fridays. If you shop on Monday but want the payment to be taken out on Friday I think you should be able to choose which day you want it to come out.

This product was easy to set up on our woocommerce site. Integration was simple. The company provided graphics and it looks great. Very simple for our customers to use and it gives us a nice alternative payment method.

We haven't had any features that have bothered us so far. Only hiccup was making sure orders weren't fulfilled before the processing by sezzle was complete, but that was an easy fix.

I made a purchase on the Sezzle website about three months ago. At the same time, I purchased my product; I also enrolled in the Sezzle Premium plan for $9.99/month.The purchase, delivery and my first two payments went as planned without any issues. However, when I tried paying off my account balance, which included the 3rd and 4th scheduled payments on my account, I could not do so on the Sezzle website (sezzle.com) or via the Sezzle mobile app.After contacting Sezzle support, Sezzle claims that somehow the payment portal attached to my account is not working properly and, therefore, cannot process any payments. Between voice and website chat, I have since contacted Sezzle support seven different times now, with supporting evidence of each interaction. The issue on my account has been escalated on four separate occasions, each time with a Sezzle support agent telling me the issue would be researched and that someone from Sezzle would be reaching out to me with a resolution or solution. One month into the process (and after four escalations), I still have not been contacted back by Sezzle support.It absolutely baffles me that this business is unable to accept or process my payment... by phone, website or mobile app. I just don't understand. Sezzle indicates that they report to the major credit bureaus. The last thing I need is for this company to report my account as late or unpaid to the credit bureaus due to whatever internal issues they are experiencing.

The concept that Sezzle offers is good in theory.

It is very difficult to work with the Sezzle support team. Answers are limited to canned, prewritten FAQ's.

Overall, the customer support is excellent. They respond usually within 1 business day and are more than willing to assist you.

Being listed in the Sezzle business directory puts me in touch with users all over the United States and Canada. 85%-90% of our customers are Sezzle referrals. Merchants can choose to keep their money in an interest account which earns 3.25% or in a withdrawl account which does not accrue interest but is available for withdrawl in 2-3 business days.

Sezzle charges a financing fee of 6%+$0.30 per transaction. This is very high for a small business as it is 3 times the amount we normally pay for processing fees.

If you're on a budget then sezzle is ideal. With their pay in four option & other payment plans, sezzle really helps you manage your shopping needs without going broke in the process

The customer service is amazing. They respond faster than most in-store customer service even do. Also, they offer flexible payment options & only charge late payment fees & only 1x per purchase agreement rather than charging a fee each day you're late & allow gift cards to be purchased (perfect for holiday gifts if you have a lot of people to shop for)

The assortment of retailers offered changes constantly. Most of the places I've never even heard of. There's also no description of the retailers & what they sell/offer beyond the company name & a vague description.

It help people like me be able to afford the things they need by separating the payments in increments

We used Sezzle throughout our peak period last year, and have since moved away from offering split payments (for now). We will use them again if we decide to offer that service. It was a simple, smooth operation with a modest fee for each sale which was easily justified.

If you want to offer split payments, sezzle is easy and flexible enough of a tool to compete with the other guys. They worked in our vertical without any hassle.

Overall, their tool did what I needed so I don't have anything bad to say. The UI and UX was a bit shabby. Customers weren't as familiar with the brand so there was some resistance there.

I've been using Sezzle for years and it is the most logical way to spend, with a variety of brands and shops that we use on a day-to-day, you can't go wrong.

Sezzle is an amazing choice for anyone who is hard-up on money; zero interest, payments split to pay every other week, paying a fourth of your total?! What more could you ask for?! I love Sezzle.

If you are late with a payment even a day, they will tax you as soon as they can. I definitely feel you should have a greater grace period.

Sezzle is amazing and allows my customers to order full priced items and they only pay a quarter of the total amount. This has increased my sales numbers.

I like that I can make purchases on vendor websites and in store using this software and am able to break the payments up into 4 payments or I can pay early. I am not charged a fee or interest as long as make the payments. They send you a reminder e-mail when payments are coming up, and then the payments are automatically processed. They will also issue you virtual card you can add to your Apple Wallet to make purchases in stores. I can use the app to see all orders, upcoming payments, and balance due. I can make early payments on the app also if I wish.

My least favorite thing is, sometimes it is too convenient to use.

It’s hard to get approved by Sezzle but once you are, it’s easy to use.

I liked that it was available to Canada users as well as US.

The fees are a bit higher in comparison to other platforms in this space.

Sezzle is easy to deploy and worked without any major issues. I also really like that you have the choice to have money processed through Sezzle sent to an interest bearing account.

I don't like that the information pushed to your product detail pages adds another bit of verbiage above the fold, taking up valuable real estate. Additionally, it's one more account/vendor to consider when you can just use SHOP Pay through shopify for your Installment processing.

Overall this is one of the top softwares that any business should have to allow customers to securely pay later for their items! Definitely a win for fashion brands

I've definitely seen an increase in sales using this software and i love the hashtag feature to increase my brand being seen!

I have yet to have any issues with sezzle, I was a little confused about the what happens when you have to refund an item but i was able to figure it out!

Sezzle is great for customers who may not be able to afford your services upfront at one huge payment. This allows them to break it down and make it more affordable.

They charge you $15 when you dont use it for 30 days.

From a consumer's view, I like that it's easy to use and user friendly. Sezzle lists the stores that you can use it at, and it also has an app that makes it convenient to keep up with your purchases. Sezzle premium is extremely beneficial! I can see how much I owe. I also can check my spending limit, and reschedule payments if I need to. Sezzle premium is very generous in that they are the only pay in four option that allows you to reschedule your upcoming payment up to three times.

I don't like that you have to get an invitation to apply/be considered to use Sezzle premium. I hope that it becomes available to all to use. I also would like for the fee to be lower, instead of $9.99 maybe it could be $4.99.

There is no protection for merchants whatsoever. They won't help you if a mistake was made, meanwhile they make interest on your balance. I feel unsafe using their services.

It is very easy to set up and use! And being able to split up a payment is easier on my wallet too!!

I love that I can go on to some of my favorite stores and pay with sezzle! If I don't remember my debit card I can easily shop with sezzle!

The only issue I've every had with this software is when I forgot my password and wasn't able to access my account. I had to call customer service to fix the issue but haven't had any problems with it since.

I have used Sezzle on multiple occasions when making large purchases online. It gives you the flexibility of making payment instalments without having to pay interest.

Sometimes it's not easy to make purchases in one lump sum. Having the option to divide up a payment that is due into 4 reasonably smaller payments is very convenient. One doesn't feel as overwhelmed as bills and purchases can sometimes make them feel.

I wish there were more options that offered Sezzle as payment.

Had a local e-commerce client who had trouble selling their higher ticket items on their Shopify site. Sezzle was set up and activated in only a couple of days and they imminently saw an increase in conversions.

It gives buys the ability to split purchases into four payments. This has helped my client increase average cart value and conversions. It also has integrations with all the major e-commerce providers.

The brand is not a well known as other pay-in-four providers like PayPal or Karma. This can reduce the conversions if the buyer does not trust the brand.

The fact that my online sales have increased is enough to recommend Sezzle to friends and colleagues!

I like how secure the software is and how payments are received upfront while customers seem to be attracted to the interest free scheduled payment plan option.

There isn't anything I can recommend at this time, implementation was rather easy!
