Overall, I am satisfied with Windows as it is now working with the community to address common issues. But waiting 10 years to make simple changes is really cashing in on customers loyalty.

Need of what alternatives to get or not. For example, within the final upgrade, a news and climate notice was included in the taskbar, which was irritating.

There are many problems with updates and this is very annoying as it sometimes damages hardware that previously worked well.

Great product with very simple implementation and very reasonable hardware costs.

The integration of useful features such as Cortana and Microsoft Edge, as well as the ability to use multiple desktops, made for a more productive computing experience.

It is important to highlight the multitasking functionality that along with the shortcuts are the best that Windows 10 presents.

UI is very simple and easy to used when you're upgrading from windows 7 or 8, powerfull performance and various types of customiztion in the os.

It has a very fast startup time as compared to my previous OS Windows 8. Has been easy to use on my, especially with the setting to support remote work.

VDI looks fantastic when you see the graphic qualities. Almost all the legacy applications are also supported.

I like that  this automatically updates the software. Good selection of tools.

That a license is exaggeratedly expensive for some errors that it has in the performance of some things in addition to some updates that can damage the system.

The start menu scrolling  bar is hard to locate. User has to focus more on the scrolling bar to catch it.

What I like most about Windows 10 is the speed of the internet as well as the customer support in case of technical issue.

I have used some old versions of the Microsoft window, but window 10 is smarter than the previous one. It has all the features, which run my computer smoothly.

I love how seamless Windows 10 is. The software is more clean and crisp, I also love the integration of Alexa and Microsoft Edge.

Also like the Windows Store for Apps. I feel like the apps are more user friendly for the software than some you can download off of the program's website.

Integration with mobile devices running either IOS or Android are much easier with windows 10. The added security also means more privacy and less malwares.

The programs were running very smooth and Windows 8 was an improvement. After 3 years with Windows 8 , Windows 10 was very good.

As a lifelong windows user, I love windows 10 as it has a lot of user integration, it's amazing.

The worst of Windows 10 are: Some updates with stability problems and updates without warning in background.

Updates are still an issue as user is forced to install them and sometimes not at a convenient time.

The only this this lags is for the gaming people, there are few bugs or issues for the gamers in windows 10.

I hate the frequent update of Windows 10 on my laptop. Sometimes it can take up to 10 minutes, and this greatly affects my work output.

And if you are going to use it for games, forget completely, you just want a very expensive grill.

There memory management is top notch , no lags in the os. The UI is very nice and clean , loved it.

There is just that something that makes MacOS so good.

I liked I used it and it run great for me one of apples best system.

For many years now, the company I manage has been using Apple devices, and Big Sur has fulfilled our expectations by far.

Most apps are also quite fast with notable speed in safari over other browsers like chrome. If you also enjoy certain apps on IOs big sur is your best chance to run them on desktop.

The overall experience with MacOS is Good as it keeps on improving with updates and works great in terms of performance and less crashes.

I enjoyed the upgrades and different things that come as well as performance, enhancement, and stuff like that that works with the new hardware as well as enhancing the old hardware.

I don't like the bugs that happen in Adobe software, I don't know if is a adobe problem or system problem, but is very hard to deal with.

It is a very good operating system, very comfortable and reliable.

I think the biggest changed was just it was a new year and needed to put out a new version. Though that tends to make things more difficult for the users / Admins.

M very satisfied with big sur, the update settled very well and it’s very pleasant to use.

Negative points there are hardly any, and if there are, they are insignificant details like not being able to add the calculator to the widgets for example, and I’m being as neutral as possible.

Every day that I turn on my MacBook it's a pleasure to use Big Sur, simply that: a pleasure.

In general, this OS is an excellent tool for manager, tech support and developer. Easy to use and fast integration with the Apple ecosystem, it allows me to perform my task on time.

My experience with Mac has been really good. I've always had Microsoft/window computers and so this is my first Mac and I'm pretty positive that I won't be going back to the other.

The ease of use, since you start it for the first time, everything is really intuitive, the GUI and the new icons are beautiful.

There is not much support in the games , very few available.

It is very good, I feel comfortable using this, I do not want to change to another os. Or only expecting a new from Mac.

When something doesn't work properly, fixing it - setting it up is more difficult. Overall, getting to the lower levels of the operating system requires more know-how.

I love all about the interface, is perfectly easy to use at work, and have a lot of capabilities to improve the routine for those designers like me.

The ecosystem integration, and frequency update, are easy to use.

As for the negative, I can only talk about the battery life, it dropped considerably compared to Catalina (previous macOS version).

Finder is still clunky and file 'move' is very difficult. Settings such as multi monitor config, IPv6 settings etc are buried away and hard to configure.

Many users have seen installation failed messages including me. Installation guide needs to be improved.

Sometimes the development tools can be a pain to set up and will occasionally get messed up with a major update.
