This tool is very easy to use and has a Chrome Extension that makes it even more amazing.

We just imported everything from our old password manager and that was a very easy process. Overall, it's a very solid option.

That being said, the licensing cost is the worst part for our company as it is set to double at our upcoming renewal.

Good password management tool with features you would expect.

The training could be updated to match the new GUI interface and be interactive. It's very dry and while the videos are short, they seem longer due to no interactive learning.

Ease of use, Options for Cloud or on premise, additional identity management  features when on premise. Shared passwords, OS independent.

The importing of the account is simple and I like the history of the password. I can roll back the password in seconds.

It seamlessly integrates with AD for SSO authentication and 2-factor authentication is possible as well.

With that many serevrs and systems owned, and with Secret Server capabilities, this allow to stop worrying about dependencies and password lifecycle management.

I like the ease of use for this. It works quite well for being able to store information in a secure location and to be able to retrieve it quickly and easily.

Easy to user interface - Secure storage for passwords.

Organizational policies and manager preferences can make this tool difficult to trust by users. Browser interface can be clunky and difficult to navigate.

Appreciate the template driven password management to ensure the salient details for each password are captured.

We deployed it into our environment and users of all technical abilities have been able to utilize it. The ability to share secure passwords across teams is a handy feature as well.

Also, there is no readily available warnings for when you are about to hit your licensing limits for number of secrets stored.

I think the AD integration is the most important feature for us.

I love that the master passphrase is an encyption key and isn't an acutal password. I love the there are no data points saved on zoho servers.

This is for security reasons, and frankly, I'm very happy on their level of security with this program. It's virtually un-hackable.

There customer service department is prompt and courteous.

There can also be a slight delay for team members accessing credentials via the toolbar extension when updates are made via the admin account.

I protect my personal and business credentials with Zoho Vault and will continue to do so into the future. I recommend it to anyone who will listen.

That it is free,  and easy to use. And that it is so multi-platform, though I haven't used the Android platform much.

I like the fact that it's a secure way to manage passwords across the organization and you only have to remember one, not 30.

I love not having to remember any passwords and it is really easy to share passwords with other members of my team.

I love how we can assign specific login information to an individual person or a group of employees.

It's not stored on any servers so if you loose that, the only thing that can be done is for ZOHO to create you a brand new zoho vault account.

Ease of use, ability to generate strong random passwords, ability to create file and sort passwords (especially useful when dealing with several clients with similar apps / services).

I have had trouble using it on Internet Explorer.

Not as full featured or easy as the bigger products (like LastPass) but the price is RIGHT.

I like the ease of setting up Secrets and Chambers to easily organize customer credentials.

I was originally a LastPass user until LP raised their prices and told me to kick sand. Zoho Vault is as good or better than LastPass for a quarter of the price.

2 passwords, one of which is completely encrypted -  even from their support team is quite good.

It just saves time because looking for passwords or having to constantly reset them when you forgot is not very efficient.

It's relatively full-featured, centrally manageable, and most importantly, priced EXTREMELY competitively. Hands down, the best value password manager for any small to medium sized organization.

It keeps passwords secure and shareable with team members and clients and it's search is easy to use.
