Many had apps that were _almost_ ready, but almost is well, not good enough, and can be very frustrating.

I really like the customer support, ask a question online and they get back to you quickly. I have told other businesses about TeamID, I am sure they will get it for their company also.

I know TeamsID is still young and new features are always coming out, but even still it has been a great asset for our team. It's super easy to set up, use, and manage.

Encrypted data, great support, beautiful, easy to use website, android and IOS apps and reasonably priced.

It also makes me wonder about the long term commitment that Splash Data has for TeamsID. They appear to not be clear on what this does well and how to best do it.

Years ago we could have one password for everything. Today we have some sites the want a capital letter or $<%<# and at least one number.

I do see some responsiveness and refresh issues in the browser but nothing to troubling. Overall I am a very  happy customer and the price is very fair.

Missing some basics function on the mac app, drag and drop, group selection and so on.

Ease of use whether it'd be only for users or for admin. I learned to use it all on my own, and it has been easy.

I am frustrated and disappointed with my experience with TeamsID, after the original glowing description of the programs capabilities.

I love how you can set up teams to share all users and passwords across the organization with the click of two buttons, this makes it the snappiest password tool after FaceID.

Finally, while initial support contact is fast, the answers are slow to non-existent, making me wonder how well capitalized and supported this application is.

Haven't found how to automatically populate web logins from the app. Not sure if this feature is available.

TeamsID is a fantastic password management solution.

SplashID allowed users to setup templates which are a missing feature on the current website.

The website is easy to navigate,  fast and clean looking.

Very robust, easy to use. You can store both personal records and records that you wish to share with different users.

The customer service team transferred our paid subscription across to TeamsID without any problem at all, so we could use this tool.

Ease of use and the solidarity of the product overall. The company has been around for over 11 years now.

Found to be good looking and quick, but lacking in the ability to edit or understand 'best practices' for family and small shop users.

I like this tool since we've been able to centralize our most sensitive infomation.

TeamsID is a great tool for us. It provides us with an easy and secure way to share the information that team members need to access the resources needed to perform their various roles and duties.

We went through 4-5 different pw managers before we got approval from everyone.

We have been using Teams ID for a few months and have had a great experience. We love how easy it is to access our passwords from any device.

Sorting the pws was originally confusing, though we've figured it out since.

I love that the master passphrase is an encyption key and isn't an acutal password. I love the there are no data points saved on zoho servers.

This is for security reasons, and frankly, I'm very happy on their level of security with this program. It's virtually un-hackable.

There customer service department is prompt and courteous.

There can also be a slight delay for team members accessing credentials via the toolbar extension when updates are made via the admin account.

I protect my personal and business credentials with Zoho Vault and will continue to do so into the future. I recommend it to anyone who will listen.

That it is free,  and easy to use. And that it is so multi-platform, though I haven't used the Android platform much.

I like the fact that it's a secure way to manage passwords across the organization and you only have to remember one, not 30.

I love not having to remember any passwords and it is really easy to share passwords with other members of my team.

I love how we can assign specific login information to an individual person or a group of employees.

It's not stored on any servers so if you loose that, the only thing that can be done is for ZOHO to create you a brand new zoho vault account.

Ease of use, ability to generate strong random passwords, ability to create file and sort passwords (especially useful when dealing with several clients with similar apps / services).

I have had trouble using it on Internet Explorer.

I like the ease of setting up Secrets and Chambers to easily organize customer credentials.

I was originally a LastPass user until LP raised their prices and told me to kick sand. Zoho Vault is as good or better than LastPass for a quarter of the price.

2 passwords, one of which is completely encrypted -  even from their support team is quite good.

It just saves time because looking for passwords or having to constantly reset them when you forgot is not very efficient.

It's relatively full-featured, centrally manageable, and most importantly, priced EXTREMELY competitively. Hands down, the best value password manager for any small to medium sized organization.

Zoho Vault is a cloud-based security solution that helps teams manage their online passwords. Users can store and organize passwords in the database and Zoho Vault encrypts them using AES-256. Teams can share passwords with each other and access privileges can be set for each member. Mobile apps are available for Android and iOS
