  • Pros

  • One of the standout features, from my perspective, is the ability to swiftly connect to a remote desktop without requiring any additional tools or the hassles of user IDs and passwords.
  • I have found that the deployment of apps is particularly effective. It's great to be able to roll out software to our PCs here within minutes no matter where people are based.
  • Cons

  • No IOS app to manage and remote into the devices, need to use a web browser, but remote desktop is really limited unless you have a mouse and keyboard connected to your Ipad.
  • I think some of the information can be hard to find, or you have to drill down. For example finding if a machine has low disk space.

  • BMC is a great partner who has been in this space for years. They are not just a vendor, but work with you as a partner to share their insights, with continuous enhancements via the Saas platform.
  • It is ease to filter for all Service request relating to your department and you can actually spool a report to support your audit.
  • Cons

  • Nothing comes to my mind as i don't like about the product.
  • The system seemed too convoluted and was not intuitive. Reporting seemed to be limited as far as capabilities.
