One of the standout features, from my perspective, is the ability to swiftly connect to a remote desktop without requiring any additional tools or the hassles of user IDs and passwords.

The built-in script library is very useful as it means we can utilise extra functionality like local password resets, remote wipe etc. without needing to write our own scripts.

No IOS app to manage and remote into the devices, need to use a web browser, but remote desktop is really limited unless you have a mouse and keyboard connected to your Ipad.

I think some of the information can be hard to find, or you have to drill down. For example finding if a machine has low disk space.

I like that I just had to install a piece of software on a server and it picked up all the PC's and servers and installed the software it needed on them.

The first 100 endpoints are free so evaluating in your environment can be at a scale that reflects a real use case. If you only need 100 or less then you get a great tool for free.

Really easy to use, all cloud based so perfect for managing devices that are not all located in the same physical network, plenty of features and they keep adding some.

The software updating feature is great and easy to use. It's easy to see what updates are needed and to approve and schedule them to run.

Able to install Windows updates (missing only). User friendly interface (UI).

The remote access seems a bit limited, for instance with no ability to transfer files.

It's a fantastic free tool for small businesses to make administrator's life easier. It's just brilliant, it allows me to inventory, update and remotely support users from my armchair.

I also was limited to one login for an administrator at first but that was opened up recently to more than one.

An Affordable and feature rich solution to Patch management.

Supports schedule based automated maintenance of servers and connected workstation. Very effective in remote desktop and unattended access.

On test deplyment the overall experience has been very positive. Good support when required and great it has some solid PowerShell under the hood.

I like that there are email motivations that I can set up to know what is critical and who has installed a software. Peace of mind is what I like the most, especially as a one person IT position.

It's sometimes difficult to find the report you are looking for in the reporting section. Some of them have names that don't really explain what info is on the report.

Patch management is where this product really excels. Inventory management is totally functional and based on what we've seen so far, they will continue to improve functionality and UI/UX rapidly.

This is particularly when our staff are no longer in the office all the time and are working from home.

The program is very easy to use and works like a charm. You can almost do everything that an IT need with it.

Nothing comes to my mind as i don't like about the product.

Something that does not require much of technology training to the support staff. Also the support given by the user community can also be a very deciding factor that can speak for the product.

The system seemed too convoluted and was not intuitive. Reporting seemed to be limited as far as capabilities.

BMC is a great partner who has been in this space for years. They are not just a vendor, but work with you as a partner to share their insights, with continuous enhancements via the Saas platform.

It is ease to filter for all Service request relating to your department and you can actually spool a report to support your audit.

Excellent experience in terms of using remedyforce.

It's fairly Easy to use and navigate and it has a comprehensive set of features for IT service management that meets ITIL standards.

It provided reporting on the most important things.

Remedyforce is a fully alligned HelpDesk SW with ITIL best practices, and the combination of Salesforce and BMC is a strong win-to-win.

The ticket management feature of Remedy is ease to use even as a novice.

Easy to implement and very flexible, and simple to roll-out because for teams already using Salesforce, there is no new interface to learn, it is simply a new tab on their desktop.

Overall I like Remedy and would recommend it to others as an effective product for a ticketing system.

It is really easy to use and the support team is very competent.
