  • Pros

  • Appreciated the ease of use and the quick start up time and quick responses from the support team. Use on both Macs and PCs was much easier than other systems.
  • I love how responsive the product is for being agent-based.
  • Cons

  • Policies did not seem to apply correctly. Still requires WSUS( or risk using online windows updates which kill bandwidth).

  • Great user interface and easy to use. Technical support very responsive and able to solve issue or request in a couple of hours.
  • My personal favorite features include Domotz Eyes with Alerts, VPN on Demand, Network Monitoring, Web-hooks, VLAN support and IoT integrations.
  • Cons

  • The only thing that really bothered us was the constantly changing plan pricing levels. However that has now been eliminated.
  • It lacks 2 features : the automatic cleaning of offline devices after X days offline. It's either we delete all offline device or manually delete them one by one.
