VERY, user friendly, easy to navigate and train others to use daily, easy to add, change, or update patients information.

Slowness and sluggishness are a problem right now.

They have some very knowledgeable employees, who are very helpful with issues and special needs.

We use their billing module only for revenue cycle management. They do have a robust scheduling and analytics module.

I have 0 complaints and we have used this program for about 4 years.

I like the ease of the charge posting and case management for different body parts that we in the ortho practice need to be able to specify.

Reports can be a little tricky- lost a report due to an update that I have used since day 1 - sent an email 3/13/17, case 96021, and no one has ever gotten back with me.

I am easily able to process hundreds of charges on a daily basis to maintain the revenue flow for our practice.

I fully recommend this site to other therapists who want to spend time treating clients, not scheduling, rescheduling and confirming/reminding those clients about appointment times.

There should be a cut and paste feature, much quicker than the duplicate feature.

After my last software allowed for double-booking, I switched, five years ago to Yellow Schedule. Not once has there been a double-book and vast embarrassment.

Sometimes when adding appointments, the calendar fails to notify us of conflicts as well.

It is easy to use, price is good (mine is included with my website so all i have to pay for is the messages sent), many of the clients like the text messages and email reminders.

Once a person confirms you have a record of confirmation. Another amazing thing about Yellow Schedule is the customer service.

When someone cancels, it still sends out a reminder to them about the appointment, so they will press cancel again. Once they cancel, I think they should not get any more reminders.

The app is very unstable, one of our users cannot get it to work at all. Functionality on the app is not good.

Sometimes adjusting a reoccurring appointment changes appointments that occurred in the past, which can be frustrating.

Saves me from paying an assistant and talking on the phone, my clients love it- they can schedule whenever they want and see all openings at once.

It is extremely user friendly. It's easy to change and reschedule appointments simply by dragging and dropping or extending the boxes.

Great customer service - I've always gotten a very quick resolve and response back. Nice app for phone, nice to be able to text from it as well.

YellowSchedule is a web-based multi-user scheduling software designed to help therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, driving instructors, fitness instructors and salons manage appointment bookings.
