Triggerbee review

I'm so positive about Triggerbee, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an on-site personalization system.

PROS

SO easy to implement, good price, and easy to use. I can get good personal help from the customer support but also from the guides that are very easy to follow. Love the campaign templates.

CONS

I have suggested an undo button for the campaign editor, otherwise I have nothing ”bad” to say.

Reason for choosing Triggerbee

Nosto has more features but is also much more expensive which was the biggest issue.

Easy to use and great support!

PROS

Easy to get started and implemented. Ability to personalize content based on behaviour of our customers. Great support!

CONS

Pricing, can be a bit expensive if you have high volume.

Triggerbee is not just about popups, it's much more than that. From personalizing based on behaviour to data enrichment in our other systems, which other competitors didn't have.

Really easy to use and implement!

Friendly and easy-going staff that helped a lot with onboarding and any questions i had. We are still exploring the different types of pop-ups and forms and testing out different types of campaigns, but so far we've only had good experiences.

PROS

Easy to integrate to our e-commerce platform and email marketing software as well as it's user friendly and easy to customize.

CONS

No missing features that i've yet discovered.

Software that is easy to use to get good personalisation

I only write an review when i*m happy about a software as I'm with Triggerbee

PROS

Easy to implement and nice user interface

CONS

There are some bugs, but mostly the solve them really quickly

Reason for choosing Triggerbee

Got it recommended by a friend when I needed to get more value from my onsite activities. The also gave us great help to get started and they are always happy to help increase the value of usage.

Very good complement

A very and somewhat additctive tool.

PROS

Triggerbee fills a very big gap in conversion friendly functions and at the same time give us the opportunity to transform unknown ip-addresses to identified persons.

CONS

The label functionality does not yet make it possible to target specific labels to specific campaigns. We are longing for this!

I really like Triggerbee

Triggerbee has helped us capture and engage customers. Giving them a more personalized experience.

PROS

I like the possibilities and that it is so much you can do for a personalized experience for the customer. And the support from Triggerbee is amazing.

CONS

The design can be a bit tricky sometimes and can take time to get right.

Easy user experience and good support

PROS

Easy to use and set up. That they always work on something new that the customers has asked for. The contact that we have is also really good.

CONS

The report system could be easier. Maybe more dashboard with a good overview and easy to extract data from the system.

PROS

The UX is top notch. Great care is behind the designs. Fairly easy to use. Being able to export the data and to build on further analysis is a big plus.

CONS

The text editor takes some time to get used to.
