It is easy to use and the customer support team is great.

I found adding and updating the steps of the projects a little cumbersome. Likely some part of that is user error and newness to the software.

There are a variety of customization options, including the ability to create custom fields and tags, to tailor the platform to the specific needs of the user.

I've had a terrific time using Monday.com. I can now manage my tasks and work with my team more easily thanks to this project management application.

The information is presented clearly and is easy to use, very intuitive and fun, has many features that make it a unique app.

The tool allows you to keep track of a multitude of projects all at once and allow you to really develop a visual view on the projects going on in every team.

Among the things I like best about the software are board variety, automation, and integrations. The idea portal shows you what's coming next, and they constantly improve and add new features.

Monday.com is incredibly useful for strategic planning and project management.

You can easily have a good support during your scrum process.

We are using Monday to keep a track of different projects, Cost and budget tracking and also to see which employee is overloaded with tasks and how can we work much more effectively and efficiently.

We don't rely on Gantt charts or cost analysis when managing our projects so monday.com has been a great resource in our planning.

With several features that make it simple to track progress and assign tasks, the user interface is created to be intuitive and simple to use.

Powerful workflow automation and great integration capability with other tools in use, that allows seamless  project tracking and easy to customize and create complex reports in minutes.

They are still a lot of integrations that are missing. Plus every integration needs to be approved by an admin and there's no way to turn this off.

Overall, Monday.com is a comprehensive and user-friendly platform that can greatly improve the efficiency and productivity of teams and organizations.

There are many resources to help you learn the features - if you want to become a power user.

Overall the interface is well designed; nice colors, fonts, spacing, etc. The tooltips on icon menu items is useful as is the ability to collapse the sidebar navigation.

We use across product teams and it has truly replaced PowerPoint so it serves its purpose and I recommend it.

A little more clarify on some navigation - clear messaging on date ranges (which may have been entered wrong).

I would strongly recommend this tool as it's super simple to use, with some great UI and graphics, making the tool very easy to use, read and understand by anyone.

No offline mode or client software to plan when not online. When the software has a lot going on, depending on the browser or CPU you have, it tends to slow down.

This product is very easy to use and allowed enough detail to see a big picture of all our initiatives.

So many of their features are first-blush obvious to use that this one looks complex in comparison, but if that’s my worst problem.

The simplicity of ProductPlan is it's greatest strength - it's simple to get started and has just the right amount of features to be flexible without being limited.

The software Pro's are the following. Ease of use (good intuitive design) and less steep learning curve compared to MS Project and if you get stuck there is excellent, responsive customer service.

No training was required, and whenever we have some question, their representatives are always available to assist us.

So easy to learn and the features are very straightforward yet powerful.

The tool is easy to use, can aggregate multiple roadmaps into one master plan in a nice and compact manner that's easy to read and understand.

One more thing that I specifically I like in it is plan making features that helps in planning on different issues.

I haven't found anything that I dislike about ProductPlan yet.

Too many distracting things that require a lot of time to eithr master ot mark as unncessary.

It's super clear when we are juggling too much and need to make tough decisions. This is the first tool I've found that makes it easy to tell the full story of getting product delivered.

I like that it integrates with development software Azure DevOps to track progress of features we implement.

Customer services is awesome and they have worked with me a number of times to help solve and understand how to best use their product in tandem with JIRA.

This application helps me to view multiple plans through its amazing view that could easily manage larger views as well.

ProductPlan a cloud-based visual roadmap platform. It helps teams of all sizes create roadmaps and customize them with legends, timeframes, milestones, tags and filters.


Users can import items from JIRA, Pivotal Tracker or a spreadsheet to start a new roadmap. The visual interface lets users drag and drop progress bars, milestones, containers and lanes to update plans. Users can share roadmaps with viewers, and potential opportunities can be captured and scored. Roadmaps can be printed or exported as a PDF, image or spreadsheet.


Roadmaps can be merged together into a high-level project overview. Changes are tracked when roadmaps are updated so users can review progress and previous versions. Email and Slack notifications can be sent when updates are made. ProductPlan integrates with tools such as JIRA, Pivotal Tracker, Microsoft Visual Studio and Slack.
