Fantastic task management tool !!

We are very happy to be using Boombirds.. Its fantastic !!

PROS

Boombirds has helped us reduce our turn-around time. It has made our processes lean, automated our SOPs by digital transformation. Further it has improved employee productivity, reduced operations management complexity and above all, it has helped cut costs.

CONS

Collaboration feature needs improvement.

Track all your inefficient business workflow and solve it!

Boombirds make the flow traceable, and we can improve when we know the flow. Boombirds make easy to find what should be improved. It is really good for the business that still have manual and conventional communication to become more efficient.

PROS

This software help me and my team to plan the working, especially in target of completion, more traceable. we know the progress and can communicate more efficient because we build the workflow as detail as possible. As a professional who had business in make service to customers, satisfaction can not be seen but can be feel. With helicopter view capabilities of this software, I easily know which process should be improved

CONS

User experience of this software (for the first time) is slightly complicated (for the user who did not have good experience in IT). The "submenu" (the one that can be click and have dropdown choice) button is not easily found, if you are still a new user.

Reason for choosing Boombirds

It is feel like a "Boutique" software not "Mass Production" . They have very good customer relation management. We feel like we are a priority even we are small Business.

Superb work flow management tool for my start up professionals team!

I have been searching for a business process management / work flow tool for a long time. Notwithstanding tools that cost 7 to 8 figures, suitable work flow management tools for a professional set up like mine, along with a price point that is easy to get on board wasn't exactly straight forward to find. The compliance element with BoomBirds is a major synergy with my line of business, hence providing lots of upside for implementation, be it for straight forward professional services that we provide, to future higher level consulting work that I have got planned for roll out. I highly recommend BoomBirds to auditors and accountants who need to manage a dispersed team, while keep crystal clear gauge of what the team is delivering and where their real time progress with assigned work is at, while for those with job scope around internal audit / internal controls work would benefit much for the business process features that BoomBirds bring to the table.

* Highly self customisable workflow / steps / controls for my business processes * Enables the long time wish list for my reviewers (managers) to monitor and be updated on job progress performed by remote team members * Great UI / UX!! * Learned a new thing or two about process management, with the on boarding team emphasising to us on various occasions that its about 'continuous iterations' rather than a big bang approach * Recurrence automation for recurring task / internal job assignments to the team * Highly affordable for a start up team like us! * Super impressive commitment to time and effort in on boarding our team to the platform

CONS

* Haven't spot much of weaknesses yet. Still on cloud nine being impressed with the new toy that we've got our hands on! * Further integration with popular cloud storage tools would be a wish list from us. Understand that this is already being work on for coming release

Good experienced.

Boombirds team members are awesome as they providing us a lot of helps and checking with us constantly to make sure we fully utilise of their system.

PROS

The system helps our organisation to manage daily transportation trip of delivery to our clients. Meanwhile Its also serve as a process management to keep track all our operation process. Furthermore, the its also allowing our driver to know their daily allowance whenever trips done.

CONS

The setting would be slightly complicated for us perhaps we do not need many of the great features.

Best BPM software to keep customers in the loop

It has been great. We were able to set it up in a few hours. We can create stuff on our own, but when we need help, boombirds team is available to assist. Required 0 coding for us non-technical folk.

PROS

All in one platform, office, field people can login and do, assign tasks, review reports. Customers can stay updated with contextual collaboration. This is fantastic as it gives customers a view on where things are and collaborate with people responsible.

CONS

When something is this user friendly, you kind of want it to be more userfriendly. Would be great to see them build it to be even easier to set up new processes.

Reason for choosing Boombirds

ease of use, and ability to get logins for all including customers. I wanted a tool that I did not have to push people to use everyday.

PRO Partner Group using Boombirds

PROS

Boombirds has helped improve efficiency and accountability within the Operations Team at PRO Partner Group. We have seen a significant reduction in the number of internal emails, workflows are now centralised and reports can easily be generated. The implementation itself was extremely smooth, which was primarily down to the development and support team at Boombirds, as well as the user-friendliness of the software.

CONS

Overall we are very happy with the software. Minor suggested improvements would include notifications when creating tasks and ease of pulling reports.

Boombirds for efficiency

At first, we were preoccupied with setting the right/required task that we miss the control element. The training and support provided helps us overcoming the change challenges

The information on on going service status and schedule our service . Really helpful in managing service production . It also record time spend on every clients.

CONS

It would be perfect if it could integrate with our accounting system, xero - especially if it able to automate cost incurred on each client.

It was intuitive and easy to use.

Absolutely great experience.

PROS

Smart Service board has helped to create standard work flow of service, reduced the training time to staff on assigning the job. Team became self organized, productivity is increased. Meeting the deadline of delivery schedules, increasing the customer satisfaction.

CONS

The Snippet view should display of details of customer and the assignee name is suggested than viewing the details of Job title.
