Onfolk has saved us time and money compared to our previous accountant-based payroll process. It's automated our payroll and also has the benefits of an HRIS, like holiday booking. The team finds it easy to use, and customer support is excellent.

It doesn't yet have some of the features I would like but I have faith that they're building the most important ones.

Onfolk has made payroll very efficient, and we then started using their HR features, which have made a positive impact on our onboarding process with their documents and task features.

Easy to use. Run's payroll seamlessly and integrated with other services Slack, Google Cal, HMRC, Xero to make it all effortless. Customer support is amazing.

I can't hire people outside of the UK using it.

Easy to view payroll and manage time-off

Works great if salaries are consistent and there are no leavers. Does not work very well for part-time workers and calculations for leaving bonuses are often wrong so have to be manually checked.

Onfolk takes care of most of our people ops with minimal input from the team while giving us the customizability and service of an enterprise-grade product.

I'd love to see more business planning and forecasting tools.

When a new joined is added, they automatically get enrolled in Maternity / Paternity leave which we added, would be good if this was off by default and manually have to be added on

It's turned a big admin and headspace burden into a seamless part of running a company

Onfolk hasn't just been a tool for payroll and employee management it's made every part of the process quicker, clearer, and more useful for the managers in our company and all employees

There are very few drawbacks, but if there's anything it's that the feature set isn't as comprehensive and mature as some competitors. Onfolk manage this by being incredibly responsive to requests and feedback so you end up with features that really work for you rather than a bunch of off-the-shelf products that do the job but are a pain to use

The ease to set up, onboard and pay our team. They look after all the admin e.g. reporting to HMRC for you automatically which is a godsend!

Lack of functionality at times - I know theyre working on this though.

Onfolk has a really nice clean user interface that is easy to navigate and use.It's easy to manage and submit time off requests.

Initially using the email login link, while secure, took longer than other login methods. However this is now remedied by the fact that there is SSO integration with e.g. Google.

Onfolk's payroll service and Xero integration have been fantastic for both my organization and clients. The integration has eliminated the need for me to manually handle accounting entries, freeing up time to focus on other areas of the business. Additionally, the team has been very approachable and supportive, providing excellent customer service.

I loved the fact that the system was simple I thought it was going to be a nightmare but it wasn't, it was easier to use and didn't need a session on training. I also love the Magic email to log in
