"What I like about Paychex Flex is that it combines payroll, HR, and employee management into one system, so you don’t have to keep jumping between different platforms. Once you get familiar with it, it handles the core payroll functions reliably and keeps things fairly organized on the backend."

"Paychex Flex is a large company and with that comes a bit of security and knowledge that they can handle any sized customer big or small as well as the unique challenges that come from complex payroll solutions. "

"The platform also offers employee self-service options, allowing workers to access their pay stubs, tax forms, and personal information easily."

"When there are punch in/out errors from an employee, there's no option to print the individual error or the full time week itself which is needed for my business because we need signatures approving the adjustment from the error."

"Also given Paychex size it seems that the teams are geo-diverse and don't utilize the same tools and resources to manage customer accounts internally. "
