Ease of Use and The Software Features and Application capture and provide a wide variety of data and information-This without any inconvenience to the employee and with all information available to the manager.

None-The Application will evolve and hopefully have more features that capture every and all HR Features and also can be an effective reporting and data capturing tool.

Apart from the minor flaws as indicated above, the overall experience was quite decent.

Auto check-in & check-out are not happening sometimes.

Our overall experience is quite good.A perfect software to manage your attendance. Woco support is also very good, an excellent walk-through on App was provided by the woco team and always there to solve the quires related to Woco app.

Keep track of daily attendance, working hours. Can also track breaks in office time, check in and checkout is there as well. Need not to worry about balance leaves as you can check everything on you mobile. the most important thing is Woco Team is always there for suggestions related to app.

There is no as such as of now. sometimes bad weather causes a little problem related to check in and checkout as there is a bit delay in the same.

Its actually great ..we can keep track of all the team ,their time of coming and leaving. also leave management and leaves approving is very easy for everyone.

We have our attendance on a go. we can track everything related to our attendance , our leave management and everything.

Bad weather creates a great roadblock in accessing the accurate gps location somtimes and hence causes delay in checkin or checkout

Tracking teams statistics is much easier, tracking leaves and attendance is easier now with WoCO (now we don't need to go to HR Team for details).

We can keep track of daily attendance, Holidays, Leaves and team statistics. And i feel WoCo team support is always just a call away when needed.

Mobile application for employees is very easy to use, it allows them to track their time, attendance, leaves, salary, reimbursement, etc. On the other side, It helps me a lot as an employer, to keep track of my workforce, get their feedback, in calculating the payroll. Simply amazing.
