iNep provides the most comprehensive support for all functionalities implemented by the real estate owner as well as the manager with all processes of recording, legal regulation, maintenance and use of real estate.

The software is modular, easy to quickly install and use, has an excellent user interface, captures the existing data well at the start of use, and integrates nicely into the wider information environment.

Due to the extensive functionalities, it is difficult for one individual to use.

Software is user friendly, intuitive and stable. All real estate related data on one place - no need for parallel evidences - from basic real estate data, tenant management to financial performance and documentary system, enabling also in depth analysis of portfolio / individual ticket. Permissions and user roles in place. Also, the iNep team is very responsive, not only in case of tech support, but also with software features development/customization incl. automatization/import of data from existing systems, eliminating manual inputs.

Looking forward to automatization of ESG data tracking (i.e. consumption of energents).

Easy to open in new tab, otherwise we stiil do not use whole iNep as we did not intregrate it with Navison and Gecko.

Although it is supposed to be easy to use, it is sometimes difficult (reports, technical data is hard to get them right...)

It saves time of my team, it controls our terms, we are better organized, sharing of information is easy

Easy to implement, ease to understand and work in, I started to use it after two trainings, also I like reports and exports on click which save our time significantly, quick support if need anyhing, co-development

As far as I use the software I have not found anything crucial to complaint about . The software is connected with the slovenian Lannd Register. I woul be fine if it is connected with the czech one too.

We implemented it to have all informations of our RE portfolio at one place. It is very usefull and easy to use to all new users.

First there were missing some features for us, but they implemented them fast after we made request.

The program combines several different modules, which were previously discussed separately, but now we have a single program, which we like very much.

We love that he is friendly and flexible

Of course, there is always room for improvement, but this time we have to say that the program covers all our needs.

It is a good quality software, adaptable, professional and connectable with data from different fields.

Finally you have everything regarding RE under one roof and at the same time you are able to participate in the team that completes and improves the software.

Because of its complexity it is quite hard to handle with all the details, but for daily user it should be fine.

Very good overlook of the various models, very smooth working and user friendly.

Still some modules missing for Fund portfolio but IT team is getting there.
