Overall, the implementation and use of this product has definitely met our expectations and our decision to select this product was a good one. Our NetLease team that we worked with were great. Their communication and attention to detail was some of the best I have worked with.

Integrating this product into our current accounting software was very important and the implementation was seamless. We were also looking for a product that made generating the lease schedules with historical data and future data easy to view, print, and use and this checked all of those boxes for us. Finally, being able to put together the necessary disclosures that we would need for our year end financials and audit was also something that we were looking for and found with NetLease.

The only hiccup we have found is the sometimes complication of customizing the standard reporting that comes with the software, however, it is something we have been able to navigate around.

Our overall experience has been exceptional. We also appreciate the responsiveness of the support center team. They coordinated with us in a timely manner to resolve any issues.

Our team appreciated the way that this software consolidated all of our leases and made reporting and month close seamless.

The implementation was pretty straight forward, be prepared to do a alot of data entry and lease contract review. we spent roughly 50 hours gathering all the information alone. The product itself is super easy to use and update items. It is a bit challenging to correct mistakes, so make sure you are 100% sure about the information before going live.The features we really find useful are the reconciliations reports, clearing accounts, automatic amortization, go live and reclass entries and the renewal reminders.

integration was not difficult at lot, this actually helped us improve out a process by streamlining some emails. The features that are lacking are automated reports and recons that could be sent straight to our email and the addons such as non-lease payment (if your are willing pay for it the free version lacks this feature)

We needed to solve the issue for how are we going to record our lease transactions each month with the adoption of ASC 842. Moving to NetLease solved our issue from manually recording and tracking to bringing our leases into one software for tracking, entering monthly entries and reporting

The ease of use of this software is incredible. From setup to modifications to monthly reporting it is all extremely easy and intuitive.

I haven't run into anything that needs improving

Because our company has fewer than 10 leases, we were not sure whether a system solution was worthwhile. However, NetLease implementation and ongoing integration have been worth every penny. It is glorious to not be using Excel to track leases, lease amendments, interest rates (our auditors appreciate this as well). We also transitioned from 840 to 842 under NetLease seamlessly. NetLease's integration with NetSuite, responsive customer support, and cost-effectiveness result in a whole-hearted recommendation for other companies looking.

PROS: (1) The software is integrated into NetSuite! Integration with NetSuite is incredibly helpful and makes the accounting process for leases seamless. (2) Having a system to calculate the amortization schedules, process amendments, and view all journals directly makes our company's lease accounting clean and auditable. We don't have to maintain manual spreadsheets that are error-prone. (3) Compared to other SuiteApps, the annual cost of NetSuite is very reasonable. It's by far the best money for time saved. (4) Customer service is great. Every time I have contacted support, they've reached out to me within about a day.

CONS: Some of the reports could be more customizable within the menu item. I usually have to save customized reports as a separate search/report.

NetLease has allowed us peace of mind with both 840 reporting through the end of this year, as well as 842 transition and reporting going forward. The implementation was flawless and Vincente was always ready to help with whatever he could. He was very knowledgeable. Using the software for a couple months now, I am always impressed with how streamlined the process to book month end journal entries and then report on month end balances is. We are confident in our transition to 842 with the help of Vincente and everyone at NetLease.

The fact that it integrates seamlessly into NetSuite made the learning curve very minor. The extensive reporting will greatly assist us with our year end audit and any disclosures that we were previously developing manually. Being able to access and adjust the details of the leases directly in NetSuite and have the changes automatically flow to schedules and future journal entries has streamlined our close process.

In some instances it is difficult to adjust during set up if the lease is in commenced status and needs a change. I had to use the time machine several times.

We have had a wonderful experience with NetLease. The customer service team was quick to respond to inquiries as well as providing extra research hours and literature to back anything that they were unsure of.

The integration with the NetSuite accounting system. It has allowed us to automate our monthly lease entries along with consolidating all the information of our 150+ leases.

We have not experienced any downsides to this product.

NetLease was easy to implement and has intuitive functionality, making it easy to use and trade other employees. The team has been very responsive and created a smooth and painless transition from our old systems to the NetLease software.

It has been a very good overall experience and it has definitely helped us with streamlining a monthly process and increased efficiency.

1. Journal Entries that Post to the General Ledger: Journal entries are automated through NetLease and posted to the General Ledger 2. Lease Modifications: – Any modifications to a lease are made with an easy click of a button. (i.e., Lease extensions, ROU Impairment, Decrease in Scope, etc.) 3. Monthly Journal Entries: – Entries are easy to run monthly, with many available filters (i.e., Period, Subsidiary, Location, Lease Type, Location) 4. Customizable: Reports, views, and records, are all customizable in the during the implementation process

The software could benefit from having the ability/feature to capture Financing Subleases and accounting for IFRS purposes as well. This would have helped us completely eliminate manual processes for the accounting Financing Subleases.

It really helped with month end close and to make posting of the schedules more accurate

One thing I would like to see is remaining months on a lease so you know where the lease is in the term.

I had a great experience with NetLease. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] were great and were willing to help in any way possible. We scheduled several meetings and they were willing to go above and beyond to help with any questions we had during implementation and Go-Live.

NetLease was easy to set up. There are upload templates to import when you are implementing the software so you do not have to enter them manually. You can also use the template to upload new leases in the future if you have a lot of leases. The software is very user friendly. Amortization schedules are easily accessible. The reporting feature is great. The software pretty much does everything for you related to your leases. It is very easy to use and learn. You will not need to do any manual entries with this lease software. Everything is automated. You can even automate your vendor bills/payments. There are so many other features that everyone can take advantage of depending on your own setup/goals.

I haven't found any cons yet. The entire system seems very user friendly and straight forward to use.

We have a handful of leases and it would have been too difficult to maintain that number of records using spreadsheets. With NetLease we were able to automate our lease accounting for IFRS and US GAAP books in Netsuite. Monthly amortisation journals, lease modifications, short /long term reclasses and terminations are posted just with a click of a button. The reports that we can build in NetLease are great for monthly reconciliations, financial disclosures preparation and budgeting. Overall, NetLease is the perfect solution for lease accounting.

So far we haven't experienced any problems with NetLease

I worked directly with NetLease from demo through implementation and it was probably the most seamless implementation to date for our Company. The consultant we worked with, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], was extremely knowledgeable about the NetLease product, Netsuite itself, which can be a sticky point with implementation groups, and the lease codification. These factors lead to an easy and comfortable transition for our accounting department to Topic 842 for both operating and finance leases.

Before NetLease, we were managing our lease accounting in a massive spreadsheet that was ripe for mistakes as any big spreadsheet is. When we were evaluating a new tool, we really wanted something that would integrate or be part of NetSuite which NetLease seamlessly does. The implementation process for NetLease was super easy, and the team at NetGain really guided us through how everything works. Having people that understand the accounting guidance involved, gave us assurance that the software would work as expected. The standard reporting is something that we really appreciate - quick as clicking a button! Overall, great tool and service from NetLease!

My favorite things about this software are the ease of use/implementation and the knowledge that we are in compliance with GAAP/FASB standards. The implementation was a breeze! Once we had all of the information together the implementation was very simple and the implementation team was honestly top notch! Any issues we had were on our end and not understanding the new lease rules and even then, our questions were answered. The team is not only knowledgeable about the product but all the accounting rules that the product guarantees compliance with.

I don't really have con. It may take us a while to get used to the new way of recording our lease payments, but Netlease did a great job of changing as little as possible in this regard.

Pretty excellent. As far as software's go one of the top 5 I've used in terms of it working how you expect and the support. They deliver what they promise and have essentially taken over lease accounting for the company.

Integrates seamlessly with NetSuite, Automates monthly JEs and reporting. 842 adoption was literally as easy as clicking a button and the system has all the transition and financial reporting reports.

There are a few follow up areas I needed to have help with after implementation, but honestly that is because we had specific GL reporting need from the automatic JEs and the support team helped us resolve all of the issues quickly.

We were able to get all our leases added into the system and the software working in less than 2 months. The support team was awesome. Very responsive and providing guidance for all our questions. We had weekly calls during the implementation to keep everyone on track. Their previous experience with clients was beneficial to help with our questions.

NetLease is embedded in NetSuite which is great because we don't have to use multiple systems to run our monthly entries or reports. Being able to run the bills and journals for all the leases at the same time really help make the process more efficient.

There are some limited fields with the bills such as being able to vary the dates on different leases. However, this is currently being worked on so hopeful these options will be available in the future.

The setup was fairly breezy with the help given by their support team. The nicest part is the automation moving forward. No more manual number crunching and adjusting journals every month.

The most difficult part was not with Netlease, rather, it pointed out how inaccurate our numbers were before.

Netlease makes managing payment schedules for lease schedules simple and easy. Netlease allows audit-proof and accurate adoption of ASC842.

The monthly pro-ration can be challenging to understand.

The product integrated seamlessly with Netsuite as an embedded add-on. It's great that we don't have to worry about using a separate solution, and our entries post directly to the GL. It's super easy to modify leases, and the software as a whole is really intuitive. Most importantly, we were able to transition from ASC 840 to 842 with just the click of the button. This is something we'd been anxious about for months, and it was a nice surprise how simple it was.

I really can't think of anything. It was extremely easy to integrate with NetSuite, and has continued to work really well for us.
