The Nomos One team is top class with excellent customer service providing easy to access implemention and day to day support. The software has many functionalities that you will need to meet disclosure and accounting requirements for lease accounting.

The transition in the underlying engine supporting lease calculations did leave old reporting features missing that will be brought back in the future.

Extremely happy with the operation of Nomos One. Current information at your fingertips when checking on invoicing, events etc. As long as events are appropriately loaded into the system, efficient reminder process ensures events are handled in a timely manner.

The availability of information at a glance. The split portfolios allow records to be arranged in a pracatical manner and are easy to access. Documentation is attached to various records to assist in property management activities - information at a glance!The Nomos One Knowledge Base is extremely helpful if you become stuck on how to do something not previously experienced.

Have difficulty in extracting accurate detailed reports, however, this could probably be resolved with some additional training.

Not much Accounting and reporting capabilities. Not able to download reports directly, have to reach out to Support team for everything which is very inefficient and time consuming.

Initially customer support was very reliable and quick, however if recent times delays have been experienced in getting responses.

Yes we found the product easy to use and implement, calculations are able to be followed.

Features were improved with the implementation of the New Engine, however there are a number of reporting improvements that would assist users in abstracting relevant data

Any features that we have found to be inefficient NOMOS have worked at updating these and been proactive at coming up with solutions or more efficient reporting

Customer service and system support is great, they get back to you on a timely manner.

I think the report functionality needs to improvement. For instance, the advanced custom agreement report, cannot be saved. And additional fields should be added (for instance discount rate)And maybe, if a budget function can be added to the system that will be great.

We like Nomos One as part of accounting where leases are tracked in terms of what are expiring, almost due and overdue. The reports are useful as well as this form part as a schedule in our reports. Leases are easy to set up and modify when needed. Most importantly, the customer service is so helpful when there is an issue encountered.

Nomos One usually works in Chrome and not in Internet Explorer or Edge. So, need to have Chrome updated all the time.

Old report can't store. For example - June 22 finished so that can't store lease liability or other report, if someone mistakenly did some changes in the leases than when re-run the report, it will give us new numbers.

Twice we have found errors in the Nomos One lease accounting calculations. All data entry was correct but glitches in the program produced the incorrect numbers. We have had to implement manual checks on the Nomos One reports to ensure accuracy.

Without Nomos, our IFRS16 reporting would be impossible.We tried to do it on spreadsheets, but this quickly turned into a quagmire.Nomos provided a great solution, with exceptional implementation and after sales service.Any problem we take to them is quickly analysed and the correct solution provided, if not the same day, then overnight (due to time differences Aus<>NZ)

Easy to Navigate website, able to keep track of all leases & calculate basic leases with no issue. Report extraction include journals to be posting, which is very helpful.

While there are many features on Nomosone which is awesome, sometimes it would give out too many notifications on CPI reviews, annual reviews, expired leases.

The customer support is exceptional, however the product is sub-par and therefore a lot of support is required to ensure accurate reporting
