THE absolut Facility Management tool
We are a Total Facility Managment Company, managing several projects in Cyprus & Greece.
PROSThe ease of use of this solution is out of this world. Also the fact that you can customise your dashboard depending on the user is also very useful. The most important feature of the software is that for each license you aquire you have multiple users.
CONSThat we didn't discover the software earlier. No cons actually.

Singu FM
Best part of Singu FM is it can be integrated with IoT devices plus cost effective software. Transparency is next best in line of Singu FM, Velis Real Estate Tech welcomes the Clients idea and mold the software as per their requirement.
CONSI know they release updates on software periodically, In SIngu FM there are few places where they can improve much more. Hope they will do it upcoming months.

Highly flexible, excellent support, intuitive
We use Singu FM for daily proactive as well as reactive maintenances, inspection, checks, sharing information, informing clients and lot more. The cross platform compatibility and quick and smooth behavior makes the system very useful tool.
PROSSoftware is very flexible, there are always some solutions for processes we need to do. Support is simply excellent. Business development manager takes care for us very well and is always reachable and willing to help. It was very easy for my employees and clients to learn to use the software.
CONSSome processes and modules still need to be better defined or some functions to be created but as long the support team is available and willing to help this doesn't hold us back.

Very useful tool
The application is very intuitive and easy to use. We find it extremely useful for our daily operations and it really speeds up all the processes. It is also very important that the reports and dashboard are customizable and they are a great input for our analytics.

Best FM platform
we were looking for a plaform that deals with tenant complain, our technical staff support, and external maintenance company. we had two independent systems with data duplication and difficult to set KPI's. With singu FM, we were able to a have a global system where everyone can consolidate data especially maintenance companies. Now we own our data. Moreover we could have a platform that covers also the tenant management complain.
PROSmain reasons for us to choose this platform is: easy to configure multisupport ( smartphone, web ) 360° view on building equiment KPI oriented
CONSnothing to tell. Unitel now i found that it covers our needs.

Outstanding portfolio
The software is easy to use and it tackles several areas that were not addressed in other SW. It is extremely appealing to our customers here in Egypt and we believe it will gain a good market share very soon. Account management is very professional and very responsive.

Outstanding interface
I have been using the app for 5 months, the staff and tech is second to none, it’s costumer friendly, every question was answered and executed within minutes, I couldn’t recommend highly enough

Great intuitive product
