  • Striven has a variety of REST APIs that make integrating with other software and/or processes relatively easy.
  • I enjoy the centralization of key business aspects such as engagement listings, accounting capacity and the ability to personalize the layout.
  • Cons

  • There are so many features it can be a bit intimidating to learn for a user who is used to much less.
  • The calendar functionality is difficult to get accustomed to.

  • Being able to create a pre-determined project that a cleaner can then follow and check off is also a really great feature.
  • The nit reminds you that you have to select a cleaner via the app notification and email. Its very straight forward and easy after just a little learning curve.
  • Cons

  • Limited features on the mobile app, while the web site is a bit clunky on mobile.
  • It was hard to know why something (paying my cleaner) wasn't working. Both she and I were confused.
