Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like that it connects with so many other apps to pull data and include in-depth information. The search functionality is really great to be able to look at recurring issues.

  • Easy to use. Powerful platform to manage all of our customer interactions. Integrates well with most of the key applications we use daily.

  • Cons

  • Ramp up time, depending on your role, can be a bit lengthy, the training video's provided by ConnectWise are decent, but are sometimes lacking.

  • It is a complex program and the setup consultant was great but it is hard to know what you don't know. I would have liked more detailed help with the set up.

  • Pros

  • I love that it keeps my crazy schedule organized!!!

  • Love that this puts everything in one place and keeps my schedule for me. It has saved me so much hassle trying to do this all on my own

  • Cons

  • Getting used to it at the beginning like anything else is odd , but after about 3-4 contracts you get used to it and now i cant live without it

  • The only thing I have on my wishlist is more customization for email capture forms. But it certainly is something I’m able to workaround with ease, and not a big concern.
