Pros
- When we implemented CS in our firm we changed from a homemade software to a total solution with great support. It was very exciting to be the first firm in the country that used this platform.
- The knowledge library is very comprehensive and has everything we need. All checklists, forms, etc. are all there that we use at our firm.
Cons
- Also, sometimes UltraTax does not allow hard input.
- There will be times where it will crash for no apparent reason. I believe we just have so much housed within it and it gets stuck and quits.
Pros
- The thing that I most like about Upland PSA is that it is a Great tool to easy manager your projects financials.
- I enjoy the combination of managing projects, being able to complete timesheets and also have PTO requests tracked in the system. It does make it easy to have it all in one place.
Cons
- The reports are not user readable out of the box and have to be exported to Excel for further data manipulation which is a pain and should not be necessary.
- Unfortunately the interface is absolutely terrible. It feels like the interface was top-of-the-line maybe back in 2004.
