Pros
- We appreciate how it flows and accomplishes so much with ease. There is definitely a learning curve, but that is common with any seriously good software.
- Also a massive plus has been the extremely responsive tech support team, which we did not anticipate. Most querys are solved with a quick in-app chat.
Cons
- I find it difficult to create a report that would rank my client's from largest to smallest for billings or collections, which to me, would seem to be a basic of this type of software.
- Current support for Mango Billing is horrible. It took support 4 months to get back to us about an import error that we experienced at the beginning of tax season.
Pros
- Can be integrated with other applications like QuickBooks, salesforce and a few others. All reports are easily customizable and you can always change the default as you deem appropriate.
- Easy to use, smart handling of routine work, easy to edit.
Cons
- The app is useless to us. We use it in a way that the app doesn't really apply.
- Exporting data can be a mess. Price might be high for the market target of this software.
