Pros
- The product is easy to use, versatile, and economical.
- I like this app because it is easy to use. We started out with the free version which met our needs to making a readable, flip electronic version of annual reports, newsletters, brochures, etc.
Cons
- Features that were being advertised are not available and there has absolutely been no customer service responses.
- If I haven't used it for a while I dread opening it to try to remember. There are still features I dont know how to use.
Pros
- The help options are great especially the chat team.
- The charts and gadgets presentation is excellent. Our bookkeeper is able to stay on top of invoices with the the aging reports which are excellent to check every week.
Cons
- Also, when I have tried to sit in on the video tutorials when new features are released, the presenter moves so fast that I get nothing out of them and so have stopped watching.
- The templates of our documents is limited and not very flexible. The system is American and we are Canadians.
