Ratings Breakdown 5 Ease of use 4 Functionality Pros: Easy to use and clients don't have issues at first try. Cons: That the documents do not all auto populate information on all documents. Idaho Data Sheets dont use the data in the transaction to automatically enter it. Also the whole thing needs a double exit request so that you dont accidentally leave the document and loose all of the information. Reasons for switching to Form Simplicity Offered by my state MLS and preferred the platform. Cons: It would be nice if there were a phone app with scanning potential to easily create and add pdf files right into the transaction.
