Fantastic system that makes our tasks efficient by saving time!
Overall it is a good system that allows for organization and ease of electronic signatures and more!
PROSThe electronic signatures and tracking down of them is a plus in any industry.
CONSOne minor glitch is that when we prepare a form we check some boxes and then send the forms for electronic signatures. The issue is that the receiver has the boxes in blanks despite the fact that they are checked in by the preparer.

Form Simplicity is the Only Form I Use!!
Form Simplicity is very easy with which to work. The customer service is professional & friendly, & there is rarely any software "down" time. In fact, I can't even remember the last time!!
PROSForm Simplicity is very easy to use. While I have the availability of other contract software programs at my office, I choose Form Simplicity.....easy-peasey to operate.
CONSI cannot think of anything that I do not like about Simplicity. Probably the only thing that is annoying is the upgrades. They are usually good, however, it means I have to stop & re-learn a small process change. Just by basic impatient nature when it comes to technology!!

Find an alternative if you can.
As a transaction management tool Form Simplicity is limited and regularly frustrating.
PROSProvided by the state association of Realtors, and integrated with Flex. Paid for by the state association and provided to members as a benefit.
CONSThe user interface and core functionality are clumsy at best. While not quite a kludge, Form Simplicity isn't a whole lot better.

I lke this better than instanet; have used for at least 4 years almost daily
Great product that does what I need it to do with the help of my broker..
PROSEasy to use and clients don't have issues at first try.
CONSThat the documents do not all auto populate information on all documents. Idaho Data Sheets dont use the data in the transaction to automatically enter it. Also the whole thing needs a double exit request so that you dont accidentally leave the document and loose all of the information.
Reasons for switching to Form Simplicity
Offered by my state MLS and preferred the platform.
