Fantastic system that makes our tasks efficient by saving time!

Overall it is a good system that allows for organization and ease of electronic signatures and more!

PROS

The electronic signatures and tracking down of them is a plus in any industry.

CONS

One minor glitch is that when we prepare a form we check some boxes and then send the forms for electronic signatures. The issue is that the receiver has the boxes in blanks despite the fact that they are checked in by the preparer.

Form Simplicity is the Only Form I Use!!

Form Simplicity is very easy with which to work. The customer service is professional & friendly, & there is rarely any software "down" time. In fact, I can't even remember the last time!!

PROS

Form Simplicity is very easy to use. While I have the availability of other contract software programs at my office, I choose Form Simplicity.....easy-peasey to operate.

CONS

I cannot think of anything that I do not like about Simplicity. Probably the only thing that is annoying is the upgrades. They are usually good, however, it means I have to stop & re-learn a small process change. Just by basic impatient nature when it comes to technology!!

Find an alternative if you can.

As a transaction management tool Form Simplicity is limited and regularly frustrating.

PROS

Provided by the state association of Realtors, and integrated with Flex. Paid for by the state association and provided to members as a benefit.

CONS

The user interface and core functionality are clumsy at best. While not quite a kludge, Form Simplicity isn't a whole lot better.

I lke this better than instanet; have used for at least 4 years almost daily

Great product that does what I need it to do with the help of my broker..

PROS

Easy to use and clients don't have issues at first try.

CONS

That the documents do not all auto populate information on all documents. Idaho Data Sheets dont use the data in the transaction to automatically enter it. Also the whole thing needs a double exit request so that you dont accidentally leave the document and loose all of the information.

Offered by my state MLS and preferred the platform.

I like the fact that we are able to create our own files for future transactions.

CONS

i don't like that we are not able to have clients sign directly through form simplicity, we need to g out and use docusign, which defeats the purpose, that means we have to create 2 files one for us to use and the other for signatures. nothing compared to other programs i currently use. Paid for 1 years of form simplicity but will not use again.

Organization of transactions. The organization overall is pretty good.

CONS

This program is so glitchy. It’s about 50/50 if it will work correctly. It does not work well with a Mac. Uploading documents or going to documents library takes forever and I usually have to reboot.

Comprehensive transaction management software

I can't imagine being a Realtor and managing my transactions without the use of a transaction management program and Form Simplicity offers all the functionality I need. However, it is not my preferred program.

PROS

Form Simplicity offers everything needed to manage a real estate transaction. You can set up a file, auto-complete forms, maintain active and completed files, send docs to clients for electronic signatures and the software, in most instances, merges transactions from and to the local Multiple Listing Service.

CONS

The functionality is less user friendly than a competing software our local MLS has made available to Realtors and the interface between our MLS and Form Simplicity is not as smooth either. Thus, when I input a listing into MLS, the information populated into Form Simplicity always requires edits, so I tend to use the competing software program when given a choice.

A must for Realtors.

A must real estate forms just wished it was more “smart” by having more tools and connecting to other services such as Asana, Slack, Google Drive, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.

PROS

Offers a good amount of necessary forms and allows you to save time by filling in signature fields and sending them out to your clients.

CONS

It doesn’t allow add ons or link with other apps such as CRMs, project management tools, team communication tools, cloud services. Very low amount of customization. Poor pipeline management.

It’s free because of an affiliation with my association so I have use of it for free but otherwise I would never touch the thing

Great for E-Signatures

It's easy to use and the new dashboard display is much better. Overall for the price it doesn't the job.

PROS

This software is great for having clients e-sign contracrt.

The features to edit a PDF are very limited. You need Adobe Illustrator to make better edits to a contract.

Form Simplicity

Overall form simplicity had been my only source of creating documents online and it works!

PROS

Form Simplicity came free with my Miami Realtor Subscription. It works nicely with MLS listing numbers and all pre-set forms are accessible through a quick search.

CONS

I wish the system had the electronic signature included in it with the large sum we pay annually! Also searching with the homes' folio number doesn't work well.
